Have had many delightful shopping trips here over the years for birthday and anniversary presents. Just before lockdown my husband managed to get a perfect ring for our 40th wedding anniversary gift. Jackie has always looked after us well and knows exactly the type of jewellery I like to wear. They make a customer feel special regardless of how much you are spending and we will miss them so much when they close.

Great service and staff, particularly Gary. My family and I have been going there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Very sad that they'll be closing their doors next year. 2 years on I still get such wonderful comments on my engagement ring.

Phenomenal stock of attractive high-class jewellery, with something for everyone. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and ability to repair jewellery and service watches. I've been a customer from time to time for nearly 20 years, and it's a gem of a shop.

Nice work remaking an old ring, but conciderably more expensive than anticipated. Recomended not proceeding without a quote for this type of job.

They closed when I was supposed to collect my wedding ring!!! The most anxious, stressful week of my life as was 2 days before! Haven’t been in touch since to offer any kind of compensation!

Horrible company do not use...they gave me an estimate of £20 on a repair didn't write on a quote or ticket when I collected my item they said it was £80....!!! When I argued and said you quoted me £20 they re broke my bracelet and gave it back to me....disgusting......avoid
