Toolstation Sutton

We order a lot of items weekly from the Sutton store and have always had great products at great prices. Customer services when collecting from branches is always top-notch. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Came into the shop today. I’m not very good at DIY, but the guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable. They knew a lot about the products they were selling and explained what I needed to do very clearly. great help. Thanks, Toolstation!

I had no idea what I was looking for but I knew what I wanted to do. Kyle was really helpful and gave me a range of options, plus he showed me budget alternatives and which things were worth paying more for and which things didn’t really make a difference. Thank you

I have been to many branches of Toolstation, all over London, but I can confidently say that the Sutton branch has exceeded my expectation and set a whole new level of standard. One of the staff, named Matt has helped me on a number of occassions. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, yet helpful and friendly. He is a real asset to the company. He has always taken time to help look for alternatives when an item is out of stock, has explained technical points when I was not sure about an item and has always been very supportive. Thank you again Matt and keep up the good work.

Always prompt and pleasent, all members of staff are exceptionally nice people. Always enjoy going to collect purchases, because i know there will be a nice friendly chat.
