Bangladesh High Commission, London

When I went to the Bangladesh High Commission I was a bit emotional because the whole of London felt like a small Bangladesh where everyone was speaking Bengali it felt peaceful to speak my language and they were very very helpful, they gave me a coupon & I thought it would take a long time but after a while, they called me and I got the job done very easily 🇧🇩who took my picture, especially Badon and Amir they were helpful and their service was amazing..Another thing I was like that there was a prayer room and you don't have to worry about prayer 🤲🏻 বাংলাদেশের মানুষের সাথে কিছুক্ষণ সময় কাটিয়ে আমার খুব ভালো লেগেছে❤💚

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and professional service I received at the Bangladesh High Commission London regarding my e-passport application. I had read some negative reviews online, so I was expecting a long wait and a lot of hassle. However, from the moment I arrived at the embassy, I was amazed by the friendly and helpful staff who made the process as smooth as possible. I wish them to keep it up🙌

It was my second time I have visited Bangladesh High Commission Office, London.
The officials are really very helpful and cordial. They try to provide rapid support if all required documents are available.
This time I met Mr. Kamruzzaman at counter 4 for my passport attestation, he has provided cordial support and shared all required information for the purpose of my attestation as well.
I am really happy and proud to be a Bangladeshi citizen. 🇧🇩

Every time I go there, I am very well assisted by the staff who are very much approachable and willing to help everyone, sometimes they have to help too many people at once, they become restless so I feel really bad for them because people should be more patient toward the staff of the High Commission due the high volume of work they do. I have noticed that if u behave gentle with the staff they r the kindest people ever, but if u don't show respect to the staff, how can you expect respect in return! Every time I was at the High Commission, the staff were helping, considerate to request and humble enough to provide the correct information. Of course there are sometimes shortage of resources and lack of proper information but the staff can barely manage this because this is managed my the higher-ups, like government, so it is pointless to blame these on the staff. Thanks for doing the good work!

Excellent help line service. The phone was immediately answered, very friendly and supportive attitude. Even during the weekend I was super surprised when my call was answered and the messaging system makes it very easy to communicate.

Called for help after the posting back of my passport with visa was delayed. Unlike other embassies where no one picks up, Mr Rahman actually responded, and went out of his way to make sure it was sent out and the tracking number sent to me. Thanks! Very grateful.

I have visited the Bangladesh High Commission in London. All the officials and consulate are extremely cordial and knowledgeable. They were extremely efficient and were considerate of people’s time.

I have had experience on government services from bangladesh and so I was extremely impressed by how efficient the services were in the high commission in London. Recently I have applied for renewing my passport.Yesterday,I have gone for receiving my renewed passport.Unfortunately,I couldn’t reach there on the regarding time due to my job.

The Bangladeshi High Commission in London provided an outstanding service for my daughter's birth certificate and e-passport. They were exceptionally fast, well-organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I'm impressed by their efficiency and commend their excellent service. Specifically, Md Kamruzzaman was fantastic and professional.

I am very pleased by the efficient and professional service at Southampton Leonardo Hotel jury’s Inn consular services conducted by Bangladesh High Commission London staffs regarding my e-passport application and my newborn sons e-passport application., I was amazed by the friendly and helpful staff who made the process as smooth as possible. Excellent telephone services. Really happy and proud with the service from London office. I called in the afternoon of a Saturday and still, they were really quick to answer. Well-done guys.

Service improved a lot, the staff is friendly and professional, they deserve respect for their hard work. I thank the consoler and all the staff especially that uncle with the beard who is very nice and welcoming and that slim boy with curly hair and the girl next to him who works for e-passport, they waited for me even outside their working hours so that I could finish applying for my niece's e-passport
