Went for an application for passport my child. You was seen by Mrs Nisha. She was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to her. Very professional and great customer service. It was a good experience going to the Mauritian Embassy. I recommend other people to see her for your application.

I have recently been there to renew my passport. Mrs Nisha guide me through my application and explained the process in a very professional manner. We as mautirian abroad need people like Mrs. Nisha in our Embassy so we can have access to guidance.

I had an issue with my passport and was dreading how long it would take to get sorted out. But I spoke to Nisha who works at the consulate was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel at ease and would recommend her in heartbeat.

So, I was a bit apprehensive after reading such negative reviews, but my experience today was perfect.
The two ladies at the consulate were extremely helpful and informative. Yes, they are behind a glass window, but this is london and security should be tight, also covid guidelines etc.
The two ladies took their time and answered all of my questions and guided me through everything that I needed to do in order to replace my passport.
I’d like to thank them both and say that they are a credit to Mauritius and we’re both extremely polite, professional and friendly.

Came for new passport for my child. Did not know i needed an appointment as no indication on website. However we met an employee Shivani and she was very kind and helpful. We managed to apply for the passport. A big thank you to her.

Picked up within 5 minutes today. And booked an appointment too. Good service.

Just spoke with Nadine who was very helpful and patiently explained to me the passport renewal process and the pitfalls to avoid. So we do have some good people working there. Let's hope the Mauritian Govt promotes them.

Hello to everyone where review’s matter the most!! It’s strange to me how some of the reviews sound awful out here!! Honestly in my case those guys help me out in no time. To be precise for those who’s in doubt well i went there to get my passport document done and guess what the following day, “Voila” document sorted. Beside it’s not just me cos i’m good looking all that but as it turn out there was another elderly person in the same waiting room as me and they were very kind to him as well. So i don’t get it why so many bad reviews anyway take it from me (21/11/2017) dated it just in case!! To sum up frankly everybody is so nice, cheerful and very helpful must be said. 6Stars from me indeed.

I called for some information relating to minor passports. The agent who answered the phone was very helpful, friendly and professional. As a Mauritian, I have to admit that this was a very good experience in terms of quality service. Keep it up my fiends. I would highly recommend them.

Just a quick question

I have a passport for my child that will expire on the 18th August 2022

The Child will be traveling out to Mauritius on the 24th July and returning 6th August Via London

I have been told it will be ok to use the Passport as it is within the expire date and does not need 6th months on the childs passport

Can you confirm this for me as unfortunately we won't have time to renew the Passport
