I cannot recommend more highly! The level of professionalism, the courtesy and knowledge of the staff at the Mackenzie practice are second to none. I walked in with a desperately sorry pair of feet, very much in need of treatment. After working with Liz, I walked out with feet like a baby! All the staff are lovely.

Absolutely wonderful experience before I'd even set foot inside the practice. I emailed with a query about options for fungal nail treatment and received an immediate, detailed and incredibly helpful reply from Liz. Will definitely be attending this practice for treatment.

What a find! Liz was so helpful (and friendly) on my first visit, I'm sure I'll become a regular patient. Super helpful treatment with lots of advice (I'm an amputee and diabetic). So pleased I finally booked an appointment to get my feet taken care of. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend enough! I had been dreading seeing someone about an ingrown toenail ( in fact put it off for a year!). Super nervous, I finally booked an appointment. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. My appointment was with Sean who was fantastic, kind and efficient. Can't believe I waited so long!

How lucky I am to have found this practice! It was my first visit to a podiatrist to treat a small foot problem. From the beginning it was a very positive experience. The treatment I received from the podiatrist Liz included a complete foot MOT as well as an effective solution to the small problem. I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, dexterity and warmth of the care. The receptionist was wonderful too! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone wanting the best foot care.

I had ingrown toenail. Liz cleaned the nails and shape them as they should be, amazing feeling. Very nice practice, close to the tube station. I will be coming back for routine medical pedicures as service was professional and my nails look fantastic.

A talented podiatrist with a humour and a heart. I had a serious ingrown toe nail, Liz was fully booked and yet, sensing my urgency, she agreed to see me. What she doesn't know about feet isn't worth knowing. Excellent treatment, friendly welcome and the warmth of a practice that really cares.

Bunion operation and straightening of large toe led to swelling on toe and caused ingrowing toenail. My GP recommended experienced Chiropodist Liz: Mackenzie Practice to deal with complication from operation.
Liz attended to problem onsite, with weekly check-ups to ensure my recovery remained on track. Delighted with results and am walking again without discomfort and pain endured for 5 months. Wonderful practice with supportive back -up from Jean Receptionist. Would recommend for any foot problems: large or small.

First time having any kind of surgery - I had to have a ingrown toe nail removed. Liz and Margaret made me feel so at ease, I cannot give enough credit to these 2 women, they were so caring. The minute you walk in the door it’s like walking into a family. First class service and I would 100% go back and recommend.

The Mackenzie Practice was exactly what I was looking for. I found it on the internet and corresponded with Liz several times before I went to my appointment. She was utterly professional and asked all the relevant questions beforehand - I ensured I had a scan on my foot before I went - and was knowledgeable and pragmatic. I left feeling I’d been very well looked after and comforted about the problem I’ve been having with my foot. I shall go back if necessary and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a highly qualified and trustworthy podiatrist.

What a find! This is a fabulous practice in a convenient location. A warm welcome awaited me from the moment I walked through the door. The clinician made me feel completely at ease. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. All in all, highly recommended. A hidden gem has been uncovered!

Should be in the Good Foot Guide. Well I don't know much about chiropody but on my two visits they have made me welcome, made my feet better and given great advice
