Medivet Fortis Green

The vet was very caring and thorough with my puppy and very friendly and clear with me.
I am very grateful to him... I wish I knew his name for you to know that he's been a great ambassador of your clinic.

The whole team is incredible, having been with this practise for years they constantly provide support and knowledge for all our pets. I could not recommend them more, they go above and beyond to make our dogs feel comfortable and loved. Rayyan and Tanya are just the best! We love you X

We have been bringing Nala (cat) here for 6 years & Maggie (dog) for 3 years & always been very pleased with the care & service provided.
However, this was the first time that Saskia (vet) had seen either. She was very thorough, but gentle, with both during their 6-monthly health checks, and willing to answer any questions.
Clare (nurse/receptionist) was also very welcoming & helpful.
Very pleased again with the care and service provided.

We have just recently transferred to Medivet Fortis Green. staff are friendly and was easy to book an appointment. We noted that Rayyan is an outstanding vet and very passionate about caring for animals. Impeccable on her manner, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, very knowledgeable, did not rush the visit and made discerning decisions regarding treatment. Cannot recommend this practise enough.

Medivet has always treated my pets with expertise, kindness and compassion. The staff are warm, friendly and efficient and I feel extremely lucky to have found such an amazing practice for my fur family.

Extremely friendly and caring staff. Rayyan in particular has been looking after my fur baby the past 5yrs and we cant thank her enough for going above and beyond to help his complicated health conditions. I would highly recommend this practice.

Took our hamster to Medivet fortis Green. The hamster looked at deaths door and I wished I had gone sooner. I was told fluffy had fluid in the lungs and could have pneumonia or cancer. I could try antibiotics or given his age of 30 months put him down. I chose to try the antibiotics first and he is looking much better within 1 day putting up a healthy struggle to avoid taking his medicine :) very pleased. Total cost 63 pounds. Worth it to us for sure.

I had been to a few other practices who were not finding a solution to my cat’s poor health. Rayyan was extremely caring and reassuring and has worked with me to find solutions that have greatly improved my cat’s health and well being. She is very gentle and my cat feels very relaxed when we visit. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rayyan was absolutely incredible in getting a certificate to travel for my dog, making sure everything went smoothly for our travels. I am beyond thankful to her and Lottie for organising it all as it was a rush to get this done as my dogs rabies vaccine was just in the 21 days. My dog utterly loved Rayyan and her style of care for a pup of 2. Exciting, fun and gentle. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out!

I second the previous reviewer - easily the best vets I have been to. Always warm and welcoming. Rayyan quite clearly loves animals, genuinely cares about yours and is friendly and respectful to you as an owner. Everything is explained clearly and decisions are never rushed which is always appreciated. The clinic staff are also happy to help and answer questions and all costs are explained and kept as low as possible. A recommended vets practice for Muswell Hill pet owners.

The vets were fully booked but really kindly offered a drop off service as my pet’s issue could have been serious. The staff and vet were very kind to me, my partner and most importantly our two rabbits. A really good service, thank you so much.

My cat had spayed and she has been really fine since just after as like she didn't notice anything.
Very neat keyhole operation.

2 of my cats were really sick, it happened suddenly, and I don’t know what caused it. But after having treatment at Fortis Green and at Hendon 24 hours care for several days, they came back home with fully recovered. I was sick with worried about them, but everyone there were so nice and friendly. It helped me a lot. I am really lucky to have the vet near me. (Sep 2018)

Absolutely LOVE this vet practice!!!!! It’s amazing staff are so lovely and kind I bring all my animals here including a very shy rescue dog who now happily goes into the vets with a wagging tail!! Absolutely amazing treatment and care towards my animals.

I had an amazing experience with getting a Rebies vaccine and travel certificate for Rocky. All the staff in Fortis green are really friendly and attentive, Rocky got a lot of treats and kisses from the lovely Ryyan. Thank you

Our dog Bryn actively loves going to the vets, he tries to get in even on walks! I think that is very impressive. The staff are lovely and compassionate and all his care has been very thorough.

Fortis green Medivet are so helpful and the vet Rayan is both knowledgable and takes time to explain treatments. I feel comfortable taking my dog to them I feel she treats him as I would if I had the skills. Rayan and the team at fortis green are a credit to Medivet! Never suggesting unnecessary treatments as some vets can do

Dr Rayyan was very caring and attentive to my pet rabbit Indy. She was so professional and made him very calm throughout the consultation. I would highly recommend this practice.

Best vets ive ever been to. So friendly caring people. They always give 100% plus more to each animal that goes in. You always see the same person which is excelle t so you dont need to keep repeating your self. Its very clean and tidy doesnt smell at all . The staff are just so friendly and down to earth they understand where you are coming from and will answer any question you need answering. Always have a chat with them they dont rush you in any way or demand that you need other treatments to get more money from you just like other previous vets have done. My 2 cats are always happy to come there for their check ups or any illness that they might need seeing to. Would not change my vets for anyone.Love this place and will always be very happy to come here.

The vet was very competent, and made us feel very safe. she handled our boy firmly and gently, and she gave us great tips, as well as check him carefully. Highly recommended
