I love this practice. Mary and her team are professional, caring and kind. As I have type 1 diabetes it's particularly important for me to look after my feet so when I had some issues and wasn't able to be helped by the lovely folks at the NHS I went private and I have absolutely no regrets.

Liz is exceptionally knowledgable about diabetic foot care and she now does my annual foot checkups and general care.
Liz and Mary have both helped me with some other issues I was having and I just wish I'd looked them up 3 years ago when I first had a problem. It's been such a relief for me and I have been very well looked after. Thank you team, keep up the good work.

I am a very happy customer of Mary Rigal!!!
I went to her in July 2023 and she organised a new pair of orthotics for me very quickly. It was also made of a very soft material and was very comfortable and flexible for my feet. I adapted to this material very quickly. I am very happy and pleased with her services. These orthotics were organised very promptly. They were also very economically priced! At the same time, I had also developed plantar fasciitis and she took very good care of me. The ultrasound has sorted me out quickly. She also suggested the compression stocking and sorted my foot with the white tape. She always answers to emails and responds to any queries. I am very grateful to Mary for sorting me quickly. I take very good care of my feet and she has helped me continue to do so. I have been very well looked after! I received requested receipts very promptly. I truly wish I had found her years and years ago. I will recommend Mary without any hesitation to anyone who needs an excellent and caring Podiatrist! Thank you Mary! Following her recommendation, I contacted Mary Rigal, someone was available next day and, the attention to detail was impressive. Not only were they fast but, amazingly inexpensive. I visited Mary, having an issue with a corn on the inside of my small toe. This condition ongoing for a month or so, finally I had difficulty walking. Contacted Mary and seen the same day. Mary was excellent, removing the said corn, and told me to attend the surgery two days later to check all was satisfactory. All the padding was removed and by the following morning my toe was back to normal. I would recommend Mary to anyone having trouble with their feet. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my feet. I always leave the practice feeling like I'm walking on air. She's made a huge difference to my feet.

Thank you Mary for your patience & constant support during a year of pain & embarrassment for my son, due to the 100s of veruccas on both feet, the likes of which even you had never seen before! I recently saw Mary for foot pain that has been going on for 7 months. I was very disappointed!

In the ten minutes I spent being examined, my foot was touched briefly and I was shown two exercises, told my insoles were no good and to use a pillow when sleeping.

I expected to have my whole posture and the way I walk to be examined. At least to be observed doing the exercises and correcting my posture.

I came out feeling very disheartened and was charged £48 for ten minutes consultation with no help whatsoever.

Extremely disappointed!!
Charging a cancellation fee at no fault of our own due to my daughter having to go to A&E as she was suffering with extreme pain and found it very uncomfortable to walk.

How on earth am I supposed to give you 24hr notice when one doesn't know themselves when they will receive pain and be in need of a hospital and was at A&E during the early hours of the morning!!
Surely some leniency and empathy should ve put into consideration, its not as If I cancelled because I've doubled booked myself elsewhere and couldn't make your appointment. This was a health problem that required to be seen at the hospital last minute.

We as a family use your services many times and you as a business are greedy, your services are not cheap for a half hour appointment and you are always fully booked!!!

So be careful to anyone that reads this, don't go to hospital if your unwell, in pain or for any other reason that you've had to go to A&E and out of your control if you have an appointment with Mary Rigal Podiatry in Tolworth because they are heartless and have no empathy!!! 😡😡
