Keep the variety of international foods up! Very good selection of both British and international foods (American) to choose from, managed to pick up things which I haven’t had before.

I come here to pick up click and collect parcels at a time convenient for me, knowing that it has been safely received by this shop.

Have always received a courteous and friendly welcome. Though I am not a regular shopper here, on occasion will also pick up a snack or drink.

The staff was friendly and helpful to collect my parcel when arrived.

Not great for Amazon pick up.

They often make you wait, even though you are first in line, as they want to serve other clients that buy things first. They will deal with you only if the store is empty basically.

They also say that you have to come back to pick up the parcel the day after because after 9pm or before 10am they don't do it anymore, which is mot what Amazon says. Very unreliable overall

IT’S NOT OPEN 24 HOURS.
The past 4 times over the past month on different days I have tried to go there it was closed and when I knocked the window they said they wouldn’t be open again for 2-4 hours time.

Terrible customer manner. Rude and unhelpful. Refused to take a Yodel returns parcel even though this shop was designated as the returns drop off. Not a good representative for yodel or amazon.

I needed to send a yodel parcel, the guy didn’t let me doing saying he just took small parcel and he didn’t know where I could get the service he should provide. Very rude as well. Don’t waste your time gli there for postal service

The store was closed at 10:30 Friday, 24th June. No notes were attached to the door.

I had to pick up my delivery, and there was a Royal Mail lady who couldn't deliver the parcels.

I have visited in past with no problems, aparts from the guy/ cashier constantly complaining about other clients and how rude they are whilst i waited in the line, i always brushed it off and went about my day, thinking he is one of the pple who hates their job what is not rare these days, but today it came to my turn to be considered to be "rude"
Enough is enough, he clearly just hates everybody and thinks the whole world is against him and takes it it all out on the customers!
Absolutely unacceptable behaviour!

I've been going regularly for years but recently I've been overcharged five times (5!) So beginning to think it's deliberate. Prices do not always match shelves but also they overcharge by three or four pounds sometimes. Today I challenged it and was given a refund and told he had made a mistake and he apologised but it happens so often it's clearly deliberate. Shame as I liked going in regularly and supporting them but getting really dodgy. 5 times in a row overcharged can't possibly be accidental.

The person who works there on a Sunday is not trained to use collect plus. I tried to collect a parcel today and he was hostile and aggressive towards me. Staff should be trained to adequately carry out all services offered in the shop

Awful service from Kumar the manager. Needs to learn basic people skills and manners

The person who works in the morning shift today, Tuesday, is not qualified to deal with customers. Today, I bought salt, so I paid him the money, and he threw the exchange on the table. I regretted that I could not put less than one defective star.
