I arrived at closing time on a Saturday with my dog having problems. Huma was fantastic. Very kind , helpful, charming person. Guided me on what I need to do given they were closing and helped me out putting me at ease. Highly recommended

Absolutely love this clinic, all thanks to Huma! she was just amazing with her warmth, advice and making us feel so cared for. She went above and beyond with her helpful advice. Clyde also contributed to the positive experience with his friendly demeanor. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for exceptional care.

I’ve been bringing my cats to this vet for 2 years. Both Huma and Jose are so nice and patient. They treat all patients like they’re own, would 100% recommend Huma and Jose as well as Abingdon Veterinary Clinic

We called because our dog was lost for 3 days and needed to book a urgent appointment, Huma was amazing and managed to find space. She was also super friendly. The Spanish vet was also really attentive and even stayed past closing to accommodate the appointment. Would highly recommend

1st visit today, for our puppy's vaccination. The veterinary has a very friendly team, with a genuine care and love for pets.

Abingdon vets are very good vets. They have a tradition of top quality. Friendly. Off street parking.
Vet Onno Wieringa, who retired , was top notch. The vet before him was the legendary Russell Williams. I have been going to these vets for forty years, and I highly recommend them.
They have a sister vet surgery - Grove Park vets in Chiswick W4.

Just joined this vet and already love it! My kitten was treated with so much care and love I couldn’t be more grateful. Huma Farooqui and Jose Serrano are so friendly and helpful answered every question I had really made me feel welcomed.

Wonderful and warm veterinary clinic! The staff and vets were always helpful and professional during the 5 or so years we had our cat registered there, we cannot recommend Abingdons highly enough.

Edited: After posting this review, the management promptly reached out to address our concerns. We really do appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and felt valued as a customer. We also appreciate that this kind of incident rarely happens and he/she was not of ill intent. Would still recommend as the average experience is quite lovely.
We were greeted with an extremely rude receptionist. We ringed the doorbell and nobody was there to respond. The doorbell had no feedback and we were unsure if it went through, so we pressed 2-3 times before trying to call the clinic. Then the receptionist lady came out and lashed out on us, claiming that she was with a sick patient downstairs and we were ‘extremely impolite and inappropriate’. Why does she expect a customer to know what’s happening in there? If she had not lashed out immediately and talked to us politely, we would have happily acknowledged and apologised. She only tried to antagonise us without any effort to deescalate the situation. We understand that one might be having a rough day, but yelling at us because we were young Asians was utterly unacceptable.

She proceeded to ignore us after we came in and did not fulfil her duty whatsoever.

Best Vet in Kensington 5***** Lovely place and team . The nurses and reception are v caring about my pets , and they have excellent doctors
I had all my dogs treated with them and they cared for my Shagane until the very last moments . I couldn’t thank them more . My other Maltese also had teeth extraction plus spaying at the same day and all went good , she recovered very quickly
Having had a traumatic experience with a ‘popular’ vet in the same area that seems to only care for ‘posh’ dogs and left my little darling almost dying and just messed me about , I found solace and hope plus all the necessary support at Abingdon Vet and will be forever grateful.

Fantastic vet. Kathleen gives a truly caring, personal, empathetic approach. As lovely to the owner as the dog, taking time to give the very best evidence based holistic treatment of every issue, making sure your animal however complex is well cared for. You can have confidence that she will have the best treatment plan and discuss it fully with you. And most importantly the dog loves her!
