Kingfisher Medical Centre

I’ve been a patient at Kingfisher Medical Centre since 2019, and I’ve noticed significant improvements over the last three years. The training of the reception staff has noticeably enhanced, making interactions smoother. The system for booking appointments, including same-day ones, as well as ordering prescriptions and accessing test results, has become more efficient. Both the nurses and doctors are exceptional, truly making this a great medical practice. It’s a bonus that it’s within walking distance! I’m hesitant to share this gem—I don’t want it to become too crowded—but they deserve a big shout-out for their excellent service!

My first and second appointment as am a new patient. The receptionist, nurses that have seen for my appointment are all friendly and communication is good. I did a self check in and have a sit. Clinical rooms are well cleaned and tidy up. I am very satisfied.

I’ve been going to kingfisher for a few years now, I am always welcomed from the moment I enter the service until I leave I’m greeted very warmly. My consultation with the Nurse is the best I’ve experienced by any health care professional. This is the main reason I will always respect the staff at Kingfisher they go above and beyond for their clients.

At the first time I called, I have been told there is no appointment until 16 of June🥴then I was told to call at 8am for the same day appointment. I called, couldn't get hold of it. We called them again and explained what is happening, I was suspicious of having a chest infection and having difficulty of breathing. The receptionist lady was understanding. Someone cancelled the appointment and she offered me the appointment. Halalujah😂👍I went there, didn't wait long. The doctor was so nice, she listened my problems. I showed her evidence of my illness😁 and told her I did try paracetamol,cough mixtures, flue tables and non of them worked. She checked my blood pressure,oxygen levels, breathing. She saw that I am not breathing well. She concluded as I have a chest infection and she prescribed me antibiotics. Over all I had an amazing experience. They care about your health.😍 Don't hesitate to register there.😇👍💙💙💙💎

Immediately got an appointment for my back pain. Very nice and warm environment at the Kingfisher Surrey Docks. The GP was very attentive and helpful for my condition.

The staff who helped me to book the appointment was so patient and friendly.
And for the GP appointment, Dr Chinyere Ezewuzie was very professional and patient to listen all my concerns and gave me some advices and checkup.

I would like to leave a review for Miss Denise who is my GP nurse. From the first day I met her years ago, I felt safe and cared for. Denise has become a professional friend to me who I hold dear to my heart. I feel that this is more than just a job to her, she genuinely cares for her patients and takes the time to listen and advise with passion. Many practioners just do their job but Denise goes the extra mile.
She is like a Mother who is very nurturing and makes the effort to get to you know as a person and not just a patient making you feel important.

With what I have going on with my health, when it comes to giving me my medication which is painful she reassures me that it's ok.

Me and my sisters absolutely adore her including their children too, who feel calm once they have seen her.

She is an asset to anyone that knows her and I hope she is truly appreciated. One of my worries is that she works too much and is losing out on having breaks as I see she is losing weight each time I see her and no job should have this affect on her. This is how much she is dedicated to her role.

Going to see Denise is like going to a counsellor, she is a true Godsend and always look forward to seeing her.

I had an appointment with one of the paramedics last Friday due to an ear ache I had for a few weeks who was very knowledgable, listened patiently to all my concern and responded not just with great knowledge and understanding but also with empathy. He seems like a person who truly cares about his job and patients and it was just nice to meet someone like him.
The receptionists seemed also very friendly and helpful even though they were obviously very busy dealing with patient requests on phone and in person.

I think it depends who you see in surgery. I was lucky and have seen very helpful paramedic young lady who was solution oriented and helped me meet an amazing muscle/ skeletal doc Matthew Grant...

I have always had a positive response from every member of staff at this surgery. Reception staff are efficient and thorough, other health care practitioners are supportive and knowledgeable and the doctors are compassionate and empathic and include you in discussion instead of using top down approach . I was transferred to this surgery when my previous surgery closed down and I feel lucky to have been. Thank you staff at this surgery- I know your job is very demanding and at times difficult.

So happy with the Gp. Sadly I'm so anxious of changing the practice.since I moved which 2 years ago.
They So good with my son care and I. Been seeing them since i was expecting untill now. The receptionist always polite and sort our appointments out.

Probably best UK GP practice I've ever been a member of. Staff always super considerate, very personal, and somehow, magically, very efficient for an NHS institution and the limitations they have to work with.

This is the best practice I’ve had in London. My Dr takes their time to listen to your needs, and they have a great support team who follow up quickly with care needs. Highly recommend.

Haven’t formed an opinion about the surgery or the receptionist staff. However, the doctor I saw Feb 7 was amazing (I believe his name was Dr. R Basheer). I had this ear infection for a while and even after being on antibiotics it just wouldn’t go away. The doctor, unlike others who just try to immediately guess your condition, listened to what I had to say and made me loads of questions to really understand the root cause of the problem. I very much appreciated how professional and patient he was and how seriously he takes his job. Outstanding and irreprehensible doctor. Can only thank him.

Kind & competent nurse giving vaccinations. Never had any problems with this surgery!
