I was seen today by a doctor in Podiatry, who went above and beyond to listen to my concerns about the pain I get in my feet. He was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this clinic. Thank you Queen Mary's Hospital!

My gall bladder removal was moved from Lewisham, near to my home, to Queen Mary's. However the service was superb from the moment I arrived at the Planned Care Centre I was cosseted and cared for, all my questions answered, and I had many. Nurses, registrar, anaesthetist, consultant, post op care. Lovely private room for recovery on Mottingham Ward . Spotlessly clean. Flawless.

WOW!!! Perfect in every way, (like myself, lol) 😛🤣😉
Clean and tidy, No queues, Little coffee shop with ample seating area, (also clean and great garden view's,)
Was glad my appointment was transferred to this hospital instead of Kingston hospital tbh. QMH was like it'd had just finished being built 'that' day. Couldn't fault it at all.
Staff, Specialist, & Dr that I had contact with were all polite and customer service was second to none. Finger's crossed future appointments can be seen here too.
Even the car parking was cheap. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went for a walk in blood test. I arrived in the morning around 9:20, they were on patient 16 and my ticket was 31. I found them efficient and I was seen after about 45 mins, which I think is very reasonable for walk in service. Lovely staff, clean hospital, I had a great experience thank you 😊

Finally a pleasant NHS experience!!!!

1) They have enough parking, which is very rare in any hospital
2) It is clean!! You do not need a shower after visiting this place, it is neat, you basically feel better just walking in.
3) Went to the urology department staff were helpful, polite and understanding
4) My specialist showed a genuine care, and I had confidence in his ability, did not feel like I was just another number.

Hands down better than Chelsea and Westminster!!

I went for a lung function test, the receptionist’s were lovely and very helpful, superstars!
The nurse who done my test couldn’t have made me feel more uncomfortable if she tried! I heard her with the patient before me and was very friendly and engaging in conversation, when I went in you would have thought I killed a member of her family.
I’m very ill and do not need so called professional’s like that treating me.
I pray to god that I never have to go back to Queen Mary’s hospital if all their nurses are like that.

We came to Roehampton instead of Tooting for a respiratory appointment. They were brilliant and saw my daughter at Roehampton anyway so her tests weren't delayed. All staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful in what could have been a very stressful situation for our family.

We visited the primary care unit on Friday night as my son had a suspected broken finger. We had an appointment time and were seen, had an x ray, follow up consultation and follow up clinic booked for 2 days later, all done in half an hour! The staff were excellent and the unit is really clean and well run.

I used the walk in blood test service at Queen Mary's and I have to say I was very impressed. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly and the place was very clean. Beth, which was the nurse that took my blood test was great ! I have needle phobia and Beth made me feel at ease and didn't even realise when she took my blood. I strongly recommend this service.

I have to admit I had never heard of this place so was a little dubious but I couldn't have been more impressed! The QMH surgical treatment centre was spotless and exceptionally well organised. All the staff were friendly and helpful,my mother is in her 90s,has mobility issues and is a little deaf but the surgeon and nurses took the time to ensure she understood exactly what was happening and make her comfortable.
A special mention for Raquel the theatre nurse who helped my mum during her procedure and Gosia the recovery nurse who were both exceptionally kind and considerate.
This is by far the best out patients centre I have visited, and I have been to a number. You only tend to hear bad things about the NHS these days but this was so good I felt like I had paid to go private. Brilliant service!
There is also ample parking at a reasonable price!

Attended an audiology appointment at Queen Mary's today and service was top notch. Staff at reception was warm and friendly. At the ENT department, the appointment took place ahead of scheduled appointment time and the member of staff conducting the audiology process was thorough and kind. The process was neatly structured; he did the medical screening, gave me an overview of the process, assisted me with the equipment, explained the findings and provided me with his input on what the problem could be. Afterwards, he gave me clear information on next steps; he would send a letter off to my GP with instructions on the items I needed to buy and even advised me to get the items at a pharmacy which would be cheaper than getting it prescribed. Positive experience through and through!

Absolutely fantastic service and really friendly staff. Very accommodating, when I would ring to book an appointment I would speak regularly to Charlene the receptionist who was always super professional and efficient but also super helpful when booking my appointment it made it a pleasure to ring up (every morning as I had to get a dressing changed for there for almost 3 weeks) every morning I would ring up they would be more then willing to help. The nurses who took care of me Charity, Susan just to name a few were always so kind and caring Truly amazing people thank you guys 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I was admitted to Queen Mary's aged 15 in 1968 after an accident. After xray my dad was told that I had fractured my cervical spine in 2 places and would not walk again! I spent 6 weeks in traction and slowly but surely I regained the feeling in my legs. The treatment I received was excellent and the rehabilitation helped me to get back on my feet.
Thank you for all you did for me all those years ago.Student nurse Caroline Greg was particularly caring and supportive.

Colonoscopy procedure here was excellent. Wonderful care throughout. Had gas and and air and not a sedative and the explanation of the process and information about how to breathe and use the gas and air meant I was relaxed throughout. Wonderful staff all round and they made great tea afterwards too. Thank you Queen Mary's.
