Alex (Men’s Suits) was AMAZING!

I visited the flagship store on Regent Street in the hope of finding my perfect wedding suit.

Less than 1 hour later I left with the greatest sense of satisfaction. Alex was more than welcoming, offering us drinks and helping with every step of the process. Immaculate customer service and I can’t recommend him enough for a top experience.

I had not been well on Thursday and Friday so really needed to get out of the house and go out. Retail therapy always helps. As soon as I entered the mens section Mr Danny Stewart came straight to me and formally introduced himself and helped me so professionally. He was dressed in a very sophisticacted manner, I was impressed. I told him what I was looking for and from the start he was just superb. I would highly recommend him to anyone! A big thank you to him.

Went in to get a suit for a film audition and had absolutely awesome help and customer service from Danny who was patient, knowledgeable and extremely efficient with getting all the style and items I required. He provided great (honest) feedback for various looks and made it a very pleasant experience overall. This is my second time visiting the store and I have always received great customer service. Would highly recommend:)

After a nightmare of traveling, A.J. at BOSS was a God send. With all of our clothing stuck in Zurich, my boyfriend was rushing to find clothing for afternoon tea. When we entered BOSS, unlike every other store, A.J. understood exactly what we were looking for and the urgency. He was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We were able to find my boyfriend everything he needed, and they were pieces he will definitely wear again and again in the future. We truly can not thank A.J. enough for his customer service. Went in looking for a suit to wear to a wedding and was welcomed with great customer service! Unfortunately didn't get the ladies name but she was super helpful in selecting which suit to get and I ended up with a lovely blue pantsuit that I can't wait to wear. Thank you!

I have been a boss customer for several years and have bought boss all over the world and nowhere have I received such good service as here, not even in Boss' hometown of Metzingen. I was looking for a suit for a wedding which takes place in the summer, it was my lucky day because I was advised by Murilo and Marcos. When I tried on the suit I was a little disappointed because it was too big in some places, but the guys told me it was no problem because they have a tailor and they can fit it to me within 24 hours. I was in London only for the weekend and was a bit skeptical but I was very positively convinced by this service. The next day I had a beautiful tailored suit. The tailor's work was excellent. I am very grateful and will visit you again on my next trip to London. Best regards

Popped in to buy a T shirt for my husband. Met AJ who was incredibly helpful. We didn’t find the t shirt I wanted but we ended up with a 90 minute personal shop and spent far more than we meant to. All because of AJ. He made it so pleasurable and nothing too much trouble. Thank you.

Although I walked out of this shop empty-handed, the customer service was brilliant as they tried their best to find me a suitable pair of shoes for my sister's wedding.

I was in search of brown loafers and struggled to find a pair that fit properly anywhere so thought I'd give BOSS a try. This time the designs available didn't appeal to me but the effort from the sales advisor to go round back and find sizes was greatly appreciated nonetheless.

Hugo Boss shop in Regent Street has become my favourite shop in London: besides having the nicest clothes and of very good quality, the staff is really impressive! I am talking about especially Eleonora, who has become my fashion adviser when I go there and she has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. She is so patient with me as I take ages to choose and she shows me all the nicest things she thinks I like and almost 100% of the cases she gets it right! She goes and looks for my size in the storage and it is a kind of big job as she has to find XS items in a sea of other sizes. I really enjoy shopping there cos it is pure pleasure and I am looked after so well. 5 stars deserved!!

Great well presented store with loads of choice. Friendly well dressed staff (did you expect anything less?). Prices and choice I found much better than getting boss items in other stores. I was grateful for the complementary water, especially due to the hot weather. Quick turnaround time for the tailoring adjustments and one flat rate price compared to other places which were double and wanted a week turnaround, whereas I got my suit back next day.

I came to this store a few years ago and noticed they sold white belts. I visited again today to buy one and let out and audible expletive in annoyance when I saw that they had none. (To be fair, I should have checked online).

I searched the shop determined to find one but had no luck.

A very nice member of staff approached me and asked if I was looking for something, she was very eager to help me and it was appreciated. Everyone I encountered was very friendly.
