Lovely staff and great customer service. The team are always polite, patient and understanding. The store has everything from toys to stationery items. The team have great knowledge on all banking/post office queries.

Very nice shop and post office. People there are very courteous and actually care for your business! The only thing is disabled parking is non-existent and access can be aggravated by inconsiderate pavement parking, by even more inconsiderate people who are too precious to cross the road or walk from the nearby car park in their sports attire, yes really! But the place itself is highly recommended and appreciated.

Have used the post office on and off for 5 years and have had the pleasure of meeting different people different times. They are warm and friendly and basically get the job done. If you have any difficulty they are patient enough to explain to you. If you are jn the mood for a chat while you're being served they will will engage you. Fantastic people.

Staff are always kind and helpful. Pretty much everything you need and more in the store. You can take ID photos here. There's one small station to do your final tasks before heading of to the counters. A little run down but that's with every WHS, needs a facelift. Service wise, excellent.!

Went to the WHSmiths to use the Post Office. The staff are friendly, helpful and gave prompt device. That's all I need from a Post Office

Apart from being very personable and generally lovely people, they do a fabulous selection of greetings cards, so if you are queuing for the Post Office, it's difficult not to end up spending a small fortune on them! Particularly the funny ones nearer the counter - sorry if you've heard me sniggering from behind my mask. It has been good to know they're there for such items in circumstances where for such a long time other shops selling cards have been closed. That said, now that the other shops are open, I don't bother - I just go straight for WH Smith!

Very friendly staff, always happy to help. I have no clue in stamps or anything to do with posting:) do not do it too often. Explain very calmly even simple things. Always a pleasant experience .

The staff here are really lovely and so helpful. There have beautiful greeting cards, stationery, a few toys and little nick-nacks.

Fast, fantastic service with a smile. Has both post office and office supplies as well as a photo booth and drinks/ice creams for the kids.
