Very good store, super nice and helpful staffs. Especially Marco, he served us very well, he was very friendly! Sale was super fast too, and we paid directly to Marco, without having to wait in lines at the cashier.

I was here in mid-January, and the staff were fantastic. I can't remember their name (maybe Jim or something?), but there was someone who helped me out with a few pairs of the classic boots to try on to get my perfect fit. I was a little anxious, having had a less than ideal experience in a different DMs store before but this person was wonderful. Thank you!

Great customer service, Jamie greeted and was quick to obtain my size shoes from the back room, he gave good advise on protecting the shoes and took payment at the shoe fitting area to make it more convenient. Delighted with my shoes and good customer service goes a long way 👍

Went here to get boots or shoes after recovering from operation on both feet. Service was absolutely amazing- only improvement would be to have half sizes.,Unfortunately I cannot remember the young ladies name but did recommend her to her manager before I left the store. Walked further today than I have done and shoes she recommended are SO comfortable. Thank you so much

The staff were amazingly helpful! They explained everything from proper size, care and first time use. We didn’t buy a pair, as we were on holiday and would order online, but they were so gracious and understanding.

Excellent boots and shoes. Very friendly and super cool staff. Must visit the shop and check out the new season.

I was helped by an absolute angel of an assistant. I had a problem with some Docs I’d purchased online and was a little too big and the next size down was too small. She understood within minutes I needed an insole and put one in the size I had et voilà! It was perfect! She saved me from returning my purchase and was such a pleasant person to talk to! Thanks again Honey!

The workers were lovely and so quick and it was just before christmas so i’m sure everyone was very burnt out! i lost the receipt with the cashiers name on it but i think she was irish. Just a shout out to her!

I absolutely love this store it encompasses the brand so well. It must have cost an absolute fortune to decorate and is the perfect environment to buy that famous British icon Dr Martin Boots! They have a very wide selection of unique styles and pretty much all of the classics including the vintage made version. Still made in the UK. On top of this you can't help but mention how friendly and COOL the staff are I don't know where they get them from but Nike town could learn a thing or two from this store

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I was attended by a woman (I think she was indian because of her facial features). She was so kind and respectful at all the time! I spent like 1 hour at the store since I couldn't decide between two models, and she helped me a lot to decide.
One of the best customer attendances I've ever experienced. I'm very grateful to her!

I went today to change a faulty item in Oxford street and the member staff was really helpful. I would like to thank in particular Silvia who was really helpful and kind.

Excellent service! I went to Oxford Street branch today and I was served by a lovely young lady called Zainab. She was so attentive, friendly and has good knowledge of the shoe range. She took her time with me and even helped to video me with the shoes on so I could show my daughter on video call.. I couldn’t ask for more! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be returning to buy the brogues next time 🥰

All staff, attentive, professional and happy to help baring in mind it was a busy weekend before xmas.

I purchased 2 x heel protectors
1 x dm logo laces and a black bag.

Staff weren’t pushing any products or being intrusive, they were advising customers to be aware of their personal belongings due to thieves operating in the area ( london) and provided a fast and efficient service.

Apologies, i forget their name - young , black girl, really cute smile who sold me the heel protection was a really helpful staff member and did her best to advise me and my friend on how to utilise the product.

Another staff member, blue hair, very positive and was complimentary about my purchase. All round, a youth-full, energetic and professional team.
