Terrible customer service. The guy over there looked at me like I'm a thief because I am in regular clothes.
I wanted to give my wife a surprise gold gift so I went there. I asked for the rings and earrings then he said these all are for women not for men. Common I know those all for women that's what I said.
Then I asked for some item to show and he was angrily pointing the item and saying which item you want to show from the tray.
They have to show options not only particular what I asked for. Then I left the shop without buying anything because of this type of behavior otherwise I was strongly believing to buy something from there before entering.
I've never seen such a type of jewelry shop like this.

I had a terrible experience with this place last week when I tried to get a quote for setting a new diamond in my ring. There were 4 employees in the shop who point blank refused to let me in the shop - some of whom were looking at me through the window while smirking and some of whom who were deliberately avoiding meeting my eyes and feigning ignorance.

It has been a long long time since I have been racially profiled in the UK (in my local community, no less) and I left the situation feeling shocked, disgusted and, above all, frustrated that some can feel so emboldened to treat people this way.

This business lost a paying customer that day, and I hope that they think again about their service model before they mistreat and alienate even more members of their local community.

Very arrogant and ignorant people, don't waste your time.
