Really good experience with Jameson and Geoffrey last week. They looked after our things really well, you could see they cared, and they were lovely guys as well. It was a pleasure to have them around for the day. They were also very prompt to arrive and efficient throughout. The price I got wasn't the cheapest quote, but we honestly believe it was worth a bit extra money because it was such a good experience and we knew quickly we could trust them.

Alexanders are superb! A really brilliant, kind, hard-working team who sorted us out over our 2 day move last weekend. And in the London heat! Honestly, they couldn't have been nicer. I highly, highly, highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a removals company - look no further!! This company is literally the best! We moved 2 weeks ago from South London to Hemel Hempstead and the whole process was so smooth. From the initial consultation to the move day, we wouldn't have done it any other way! These guys were quick to move things, it took the stress out of the move completely! They were so fast dissembling and assembling furniture, it was like magic! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Really impressed with Alexanders, who managed our move within London. It was during a heatwave, but they were super-efficient, professional and friendly throughout the packing, loading and unloading. They are not the cheapest, but everything was managed very well, everything arrived safely, and they were responsive in terms of then coming to collect our empty boxes. The last time we moved using a different outfit, we paid a lot less, and ended up with a mark on the floor, a mark on a piece of furniture, and a couple of things missing. In my view, it was worth paying extra for Alexanders.

Alexanders were brilliant from start to finish, from Lisa’s first visit to scope the task (whole house move across London) to the final box being unloaded – and beyond as they arranged storage for items for which we didn’t have room. Extremely helpful – nothing was too much trouble. Great attention to detail. Very flexible as our needs evolved. The team of packers/movers worked hard, were cheerful and did everything right. Moving house is definitely not fun but Alexanders took a lot of the stress out of it. Highly recommended

Alexanders' quote for our move was not the cheapest but it was competitive. The estimator who came to see us was friendly and helpful and thorough, so from the start we had confidence in the company. We couldn't give them a firm date immediately, but this wasn't a problem, and once we were able to confirm our move date they couldn't have been more helpful.

We were assigned a move manager who kept us in touch with plans for the day itself and she answered all our queries. On the day she kept us informed about our move crew's arrival time.

The crew were fantastic, they were really nice guys and took great care to ensure that everything was properly packed (we had the full packing service) and transported to their van. We were so impressed by how hard they worked. The same team delivered our things the following day to the storage unit we'd booked (we were not moving into another property immediately) and again worked hard to get everything packed away efficiently, and in a way that would make access easy for us.

On the basis of our experience we strongly recommend Alexanders. What could have been a stressful couple of days was straightforward because of their efficient service.

Alexanders have always gone above and beyond.
First I used them for storage between homes and they couldn't do enough to give me excellent access to my belongings and super convenient with a seamless move of my furniture into my new home.

Then they moved my business, they made a stressful time almost relaxing. Brilliantly efficient, super fast service all reasonably priced. If you want to take some of the stress out of moving or storage, Alexanders is your answer.

Alexanders were absolutely brilliant! We had a very tight time frame for our move, and they were quick and efficient from the initial quotation stage to the final unpacked box. Tony and Andrew were always on the end of the phone for any last minute questions before and during the move, whilst Peter and his team were marvelous on site. I couldn't believe how quickly they turned the two homes around! I cannot recommend Alexanders highly enough.

These guys are great! Alexanders were the first to phone me back after leaving an online enquiry with a comparison removal site. They were the first to send someone round to 'survey' our flat (shoe covers worn). They got back to us before midday that day with a very reasonable quote (cheaper than another one we got) as they promised. On the day they arrived half an hour early, the three guys quickly set to work packing up our flat. Everything was very carefully packed, probably more carefully than if we had done it ourselves! Furniture was moved whole, or carefully dismantled and loaded. The guys were waiting for us outside our new home when we got there and unloaded everything with the same care and attention that it had been loaded. Wardrobes and beds were re-assembled where we wanted them, as if they'd never been taken apart.

Overall we couldn't be happier with our choice of Alexanders, the three guys that helped us move were great fun and very good, and the customer service from the office has been outstanding from start to finish.

Alexanders really were excellent throughout the whole process. We have used them at least 4 times now to move offices and they are consistently great. They are fast, efficient, careful, thorough, fairly priced, friendly, helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Helpful, efficient, friendly and punctual. You pay the money and takes your choice. Proper removals company might be more expensive than a man with a van but when I moved flats it was great to have all the help and advice - plus less stress at a stressful time. Video survey to create the inventory was easy using my mobile phone and their coordinator - gave real sense they would cover everything. The team on the day were great - they just made it seem so easy. Definitely recommend

My Move was quite daunting ... moved from one flat, furniture in storage, into another flat for 6 months then finally on to my new flat and all the storage items! It was made as easy as it could be using Alexander's. At each point the guys were professional, friendly and so helpful. Amazing and I am so lucky that I used Alexander's and very thankful. I used Alexanders recently for an office move after meeting them at the PA show at the Excel. They came in with a competitive price and were professional throughout, from Tony coming to quote, Lisa arranging everything to Antonio and his team on the day.
