A really great practice and I am lucky to be a patient here. Skilful dentist and nurse, very reassuring and gentle. The receptionists were really kind and friendly.

I went for an emergency appointment, but the pain got really bad whilst waiting to be seen by the Dentist, I was in a terrible pain, the Staff were amazing, they booked me a Tax to take me to A & E, and the practice manager came with me to the hospital and waited until my family member came. Mind you, I'm not even registered with the practice, I was just there for an emergency appointment.
I honesty can't recommend this practice enough, the staff are so amazing and caring. I'm truly in awe with them.

After weeks of trying to register with a dentist,these lovely people managed to register me and get me a super quick appointment. I’m very scared of the dentist but felt so relaxed with yousaf. What an amazing dentist and nurse,didn’t even feel the injections going in,now that’s a first. Well done and I would highly recommend this dentist.

Nice and friendly staff

Lowest customer service level at reception can be. I came with my 8 year old daughter straight from school with two front adult teeth smashed. I explained everything to the receptionist what happened to her and she didn’t even ask the dentist if he could see her she just told me NO emergency appointments!! Do NOT recommend.

Lowest customer service level at reception can be. Receptionist Mary completely ignores customers requests, rudely replies to any question or simply drops the phone down . This lady doesn't know simple customer service skills and don't know practice manager email address too.
Shame that practice reputation and excellent service of dentist Daniel and his assistants is ruined by one rude person Mary at reception.
