Very kind shop owner who enthusiastically showed me the way to my hotel when I was lost and panic. And thanks to that I’m safe at my hotel room now. The cashier was also gentle, and the customer there, too. Guess it’s my lucky day today.

Execellent staff, the young boy with curly hair was very handsome and helpful. I shop there everyday now.

I bought 3 beers but he charged me 4. I realised that when I read the receipt and went back. The owner was closing the shutters from the inside of the shop and pretended not seeing me even though I was right in front of him. I tried making noise hitting the shutters, but he didn’t care. I don’t know if it was worth all the hustle for stealing less than 2 pounds, but I advise you not to go here because you can get charged extra if you are not careful enough.

Very unpleasant man behind the counter was passive-aggressive bordering on verbally aggressive as I tried to return a DPD parcel. Turns out I had printed the wrong label (the Amazon instructions turned out to be wrong). He also kept saying he wouldn't take it - first because it was too large, and that I should "check before bringing it here" (there is no way to check such things, certainly no easy way) and then because it was too heavy, before he randomly stopped saying either of these things without explaining himself. As I was attempting to figure out what had gone wrong, he kept badgering me that I had the wrong label. I told him I understood and asked for a minute, but he just kept repeating himself in progressively angrier tones. He told me to figure it out outside (which is fair, it's a small shop). When I thought I had figured it out, I asked if he could now take it, and he just had clearly grown fed up and just handed me his barcode scanner, which had some basic instructions on it that didn't help. Turns out I had to go all the way home to print off a new label - to be clear, that's not his fault, so I'm not upset with him about that part.

I don't expect anyone to read this, but my experience was so bad that I felt I needed to post this. Easily the worst customer service I've had in months

Dropped off my package for dpd delivery, days later they lost our package as DPD was never able to pick that up (suspecting their staff stole it). They were not trying to help locate for me nor anything they would do, would never use their services again. Very shady.

The lady working there is soo rude, it's actually unbelievable, served a lady that pushed in front of me and another woman, was discourteous when it was my turn and had a face that looked like sin for merely asking a question. Awful woman.
