I have been coming to this salon for 5 years now. Maria is incredible at all the treatments she offers and is so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t dream of trusting anyone else to do my eyebrows! All the staff there have always been so professional. It’s fairly priced and the services are always excellent.

Great little salon I’d not been to before. Very thorough & best wax I’ve had in a very long time & she checked I was happy. Will definitely go back. Good price too. Very pleased

Had my first pedicure today as I’m always on my feet at work and it did not disappoint. The lady was very careful and professional, used lots of amazing smelling products and painted them lovely, the staff are really friendly. The salon was clean and tidy very relaxing. It was a really enjoyable experience will definitely be recommending!! Thank you ladies x

I have tried several different beauty therapists for Russian lashes and none will ever compare to Maria. The value of treatment is excellent in terms of price, Maria does an excellent job and has done for many years. She is so caring of her customers and really friendly, always chatty. 100% recommend - do not look elsewhere like I did and end up disappointed.

I always recommend Maria to anyone I know as it is only salon in Hornchurch that exceeds my expectations! Anyone who lives in Hornchurch knows how hard it is to find a good Beauty therapist for eyebrows!

Maria is fantastic! She is extremely skilled at what she does and never disappoints with eyelash extensions. She's professional, quick and no-one quite does them like she does and I love it. Very lovely lady and it is always a relaxing experience. Great conversation, I would highly recommend.

I had a age smart facial and it was very nice. The lady talked me through the procedure, which was reassuring. In the treatment, you received the actual facial treatments but also a thorough face, neck and shoulder massage, which adds to the relaxing experience. Thank you Charisma!

I visited Charisma for a last minute pedicure and gel nails. Asma gave me BY FAR the best pedicure I’ve ever had, with a relaxing foot massage and great products. She took so much time and care, I felt truly looked after. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
