I at put at ease straightaway, having the procedure explained clearly and any complications explained clearly too. I felt calm throughout and on second attempt the dye went into my stomach and drank lots of water before and after procedure. Also the doctor phoned me with result soon afterwards. Very professional throughout.

On the day of my procedure for my colonoscopy I was extremely nervous . On arrival at the medefer clinic I was greeted and reassured by everyone from the reception staff and then all through preparation for my procedure and also during the colonoscopy I was constantly informed about how the procedure was happening and
reassured and made comfortable by the doctors and theatre staff . After the procedure I was offered refreshments and after a short time I was given the findings of my procedure to take away with me by the aftercare team . After a visit to my doctor's and discussion to request an endoscopy I was referred to Medefer whom were quick in agreement for me to have the investigation, it was all over within weeks thnx to Mede
fers protocols.
Having requested an endoscopy the procedure was painless even though I opted for the mouth spray, because I was upbeat about having the short operation I would most certainly have a repeat without any fear or worry.
I did find out that my blood pressure was high and have settled that with statin prescription so 2 in 1 sorted all good and highly recommend endoscopy procedure with mouth spray.
