Great place to shop at St Georges firstly however, the service at pandora in Harrow on the Hill was amazing. A big shout out to the staff member, Valentina. Very helpful, and knowledgeable. Will come back again.

I love this shop. Today i bought earings, and if you spend 59£, you can get charms for free. Ovidiu made our visit extremely nice, he was very nice and patient and his customer service is amazing. Thank you so much❤

Super helpful staff. Needed to exchange a ring for a smaller size. They went out of their way to organise ordering another ring and having it delivered. Noticed staff being friendly and helpful with other customers too. Very impressed.

I went to Harrow store and was served by a lovely gentleman called Laysan.
He was smiling, very polite and served me very quickly.
Things that I usually forget to do, this gentleman helped. I was buying gifts for my daughter and wasn't sure if she would like it. Laysan offered a gift receipt which made me feel ar ease.
He was clean, tidy and extremely professional. Good luck with your education, I'm sure you will get a first class honours!!

Really good service and lovely helpful staff. Wanted to know if my bracelet could be fixed or exchanged and they were really accomodating. Have bought lots of things from Pandora over the years and never been disappointed with their jewellery or the service from staff.
