Village Vet Southgate

The veterinarian and nurse were both brilliant, can't fault the care and service provided I wish they had a holistic section attached to this vet service and if the prices weren't so expensive too. Most people can't afford vet fees, if they were cheaper maybe or if they had an NHS type of service, where wealthy people donate funds to help those that cannot afford vet fees, that will help pets get the treatments needed.

Just had our male cat neutered this week and everything was perfect and quick, the guy came back home a few hours later as if nothing really happened to him, you can see the he has been taken proper care by the professionals who work here, highly recommended, will come again, thanks for taking care of our Tigris

Such a friendly bunch of people and they even managed to slot me in on the same day with just an hours notice. The fact that they called my cat very handsome has nothing to do with this rating! Thank you guys xx

The vet was very informative and kind she was so understanding and explained everything so clear and well as I have ADHD she made me feel so comfortable and even though I interrupted her many times she wasn't aware of my condition and she was still very patient and understanding I will never go to a different vet again. The receptionist was also very kind and attentive, unlike medivet which I had a very bad experience with, she was completely concentrating on what I'm saying and not interacting with anybody else or not pretending to listen thank you I will definitely definitely recommend this vet to anybody I know thank you

I have had a good experience of the vets at Village Vet Southgate, some have gone above and beyond by responding to my many worries and concerns with patience and kindness. I am extremely grateful for that. It is cat friendly, they have a felliway diffuser plugged in at all times and the vets I have seen have cats themselves, this is great for me being a cat owner. The atmosphere is always calm when I go there, which is another thing that is great, having a cat that hates vet trips - It makes it a little easier. The vet we see is extremely dedicated, and has been absolutely brilliant, very happy to have a vet I trust with the care of my hairy children - also as a very important bonus, they have a very handsome vet cat boss to greet you - it really does help!

Wonderful care from all at Village Vet Southgate for our cat. He's now 17 and has had some serious health issues over the years. Zara has always given us the information we've needed to make decisions and is good at listening to us too. All the staff are kind and welcoming.

What a lovely vets! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and welcoming and the vets were kind, knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease. I’m so glad we registered here - I know our cats and dogs will be in good hands!

Our cat Coco was treated very well. They dealt quickly with the immediate problem (long claws) and made her feel safe and relaxed. They also identified further issues which need considering, and rang us with helpful information. I can full recommend them.

Great vet. Fantastic communication and services. My dog has been a patient for 3 years and they make him super comfortable.

Took my cat here a couple times now to get vaccinated. Kindest staff I've ever met! Extremely careful and caring, and always give great advice. Absolutely see myself going here for many years to come.

Been with them for years, and they are very good ,last week I had to put my cat caramel to sleep and Amy was very good with him and I appreciate it so much that she was there . So I would recommend village vet for your pets .thanks to everyone there .Louise

I have been bringing my cat here since she was a kitten. She's now 20!
So warm and welcoming at Village Vet. They really do care about our pets. I trust them implicitly and wouldn't go anywhere else. Also, its always nice to see Nellie and the occasional glimpse of Alan the hedghog. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants their vet to care as much about your pet as you do.

I cannot speak highly enough of the vets, nurses and all of the support staff in this practice. They not only treat their patients but they genuinely care for them too. My cat Smokey, who has multiple health issues, could not be in better or safer hands. If you are looking for the perfect vet practice then look no further. This is definitely it!

Friendly, helpful and totally professional. A great all round service. Lovely people too. A special mention for Zara who is so patient with me and is tireless in her search for solutions to Harry's ear problems.

Zara and her team have looked after my two feline fur babies for almost four years now. Zara is amazing ... she has provided care and advice for Coco's cat flu and Oreo's bladder problems. Definitely recommended.

Such a lovely vet. Just joined this vets after moving and they were so lovely and welcoming giving honey lots of treats and recommending all the best things for her sensitive skin! Also very affordable. Highly recommended!
