Dr R K Kukar - The Medical Centre

I would like to start by saying a big thank you to all the staff (manager, doctor and receptionists ). They have always been so helpful and supportive. Always kind and caring. I have not had a negative experience at all. Dr Patel is an amazing doctor and really appreciate all the support he provides. The manager is very helpful and supportive and always goes the extra mile to help. The receptionist’s are always kind and friendly always trying their best to support patients. Overall I would like to say thank you so much for everything you do to support and help your patients. I’m happy to be registered at the surgery.

I’ve been going to this health centre for years and I always receive nothing but great service. My healthcare assistant Hind is an absolute credit to the centre. She’s always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond for her patients and it always has such a positive impact on my day. Keep up the incredible work Hind!!

The drs are ansoluabso amazing and genuinely care about their Patients. The reception.always try and get you in for an apt early and they are always helpful. The practice manager was also very helpful when I spoke to her regards to my notes.
Very impressed with the practice and I'm certainly glad that they are my GP.

I have been with this GP surgery since it was. founded.Whenever I have used this Surgery I have found their services very good.
I miss the founder the late Doctor Kukar very much.He was a very helpful and kind gentleman.
However his successors have always tried to follow in his footsteps for which they deserve praise and not unkind criticism from some quarters.

I have already called and made authorities aware of the situation there! The worst gp ever. Do not register here! The secretary woman named Har very bad NO ENGLISH AT ALL! Doesn’t understand what you saying! Extremely unprofessional she always says we will call you never does! I pay lot of money to NHS to receive that kind of service , trying to explain a person what is going on and this person doesn’t understand because of the english! She shouldn’t be working there. If i have to take the case to court I will this has to do with HEALTH CONCERNS and this gp mainly secretary doesn’t take this seriously!

The worst telephone service I have ever experienced in my life...they sound almost as if they are doing me a massive favour... was told to call at 8 am to get an appointment and that I will 100% get it...I call up next day 8 am on hold for sometime and she tells me its all gone...and the mannerism in which she said it was rude not even caring towards the patient or trying to assist....she tells have I been to a pharmacist? i mean are you serious? are pharmacists doctors now? honestly I am changing GP practice due to my telephone service experience...its honestly appalling I don't know where they find these receptionist but 100&% just got anyone willing to do the job regardless of how ti will affect the practice

I’ve been struggling with this Gp surgery for years! It’s almost impossible to book appointments and they have never even once solved any of my health issues! Reception is rude and unreliable! I wish someone could do something regarding this practice negligence! It’s not only they have refused to help me on several occasions but also make it impossible for other clinics to find my details on record! I’ve just applied for new gp and they already have offered more information regarding my needs… please if you considering to use the Medical Center think twice!

Simply the worst GP practice I have ever known. Always told to call at 9am the following day for an appointment. So you have the entirety of Shepherd's Bush calling at the same time clogging up the phone line. This has been going on for years. They are useless making and official complaint to NHS as they haven't improved since my last one

Called last month to book a call appointment. I told the woman EVERYTHING that im concerned about in my health (because I rarely check up in GP, this was supposedly my first time talking about them with a doctor). I was told the wait will be A MONTH AND 2 WEEKS. I waited and waited until the day. When the doctor called me, she said I can only talk about ONE PROBLEM PER APPOINTMENT. She didn't even answer or solve that ""problem" i told her during the call. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND WHAT A S****D SYSTEM.

Terrible experience. Making appointments is a nightmare. Dr Kukar himself is very insensitive and dissmisive. Waiting time is ridiculous, with up to 1-2 hours worth. Overall a horrible practice.
