Mark and Jack in particular, have been very supportive, efficient and professional throughout the process of getting the house ready and on to the market. I used JDM Blackheath to let out my flat recently, and the service I got from Mark and Payge was first class, head and shoulders ahead of any other lettings agent I have used before. If I compare them to a certain online only estate agent I had used previously, JDM were much more thorough in vetting prospective tenants. Instead of picking the first one with sufficient financial means, they chose the one that they thought would be a better tenant. JDM were also much more proactive and helpful is sorting out questions and issues that the new tenant had.
Overall, a very friendly and professional team. Highly recommended.
