The best vet in London! They have been taking the best care of my little puppy cocker spaniel. They are all so friendly and helpful. The best team ever! Thank you all for taking care of my Bessy Boo! Definitely recommend if you want the best care for your dog 🐶

Very grateful for the continued support of the whole team at KVC. Kay is an absolute superstar - no question is ever a silly question. She’s so friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to help. Our dog, Rolo had a minor surgery but is naturally a very anxious dog. On the day, the team collectively made it a very calm environment for Rolo and us! They kept us up to date throughout the day and when we came to collect Rolo he was all wrapped up in a lovely blanket and looked very relaxed. They gave us helpful after-care information on how to look after him. I can’t remember the name of the lovely young female vet who looked after Rolo but she was very professional, caring and gentle with Rolo. We’re extremely grateful for all the support we’ve had and would highly recommend this veterinary practise. Thank you!

We’re not sure the vets name who supported us with our cats operations and health issues, but she was incredible. Her compassion, support and understanding was phenomenal and brought so much peace to us during our cat’s end of life. We both have mentioned how much easier this process was with the compassion she demonstrated. She chose a great career and we made a hard time in our lives much easier. Thank you for everything.

I was worried about the cost of vaccines and monthly supplements at the vet. But in fact they are very reasonably priced and you can tell they really care about the well being of their clients. I’m so happy I found a place doesn’t break the bank and excels in the love and health of my baby girl.

We have 5 dogs and count ourselves extremely fortunate to have the support, knowledge and professionalism of the Kensington Veterinary Care team as our local practice. They handled our animal health certificates for our trip to France with ease and Dr Clare was extremely helpful when one of our dogs suffered from a phantom pregnancy.

Our BC puppy fractured her leg playing with a family friend at 11 weeks and Dr Irish and the whole team showed us such compassion and have been absolutely instrumental in her recovery.

We were really concerned that there would be behavioural side effects of such trauma at an early age with the pain associated and bandage changes etc. and with such a sensitive breed we didn't want her to have any negative experiences with people/handling but I can safely say that the careful treatment from their team and frequent early exposure has meant she loves visiting the vets - and is a total social butterfly now! She races with glee into her physio appointments that KVC referred us to and they are very happy with her recovery, as are we. A big thank you to the whole team at Kensington Veterinary Care.

A big thank you to Johnny, Kay and the team for taking such good care of our 15 year old cat, Sparky. Despite her advanced age she can still put up a good fight when it comes to her regular blood test appointments (vital to check her Thyroid and Kidney function). Hence, on some occasions blood was drawn not only from Sparky but also from everybody in her vicinity( aka Johnny and Kay)!

Yet regardless of such ungrateful behaviour Kay and Johnny have not given up on our naughty little cat and banned her from their clinic but handled her always with great kindness and professionalism

We have been taking our little rescued street dog Cali for the last 2 years to Johnny and his team. We can’t thank them enough for how well they treated her from day one, and for how much they have helped us with all her needed treatments and support. You should only go to these guys!!

Puppies had been booked in for their vacation. Unfortunately they were sick in the travel crate. I informed the lovely receptionist, that looked after the pups while I cleaned the travel crate. She was welcoming and accommodating.
As for the Vet, I felt that he was very professional and not trying to up sell. I've booked my pup in for her 2nd vaccine. The Vet is a bit of a trek, but the experience was lovely. I would recommend this place for the vaccine.

Our relocation from Sydney to London was daunting and we were concerned about finding a Vet Clinic who provided a personalised service.

We are blessed to have found Dr Johnny and Kay who remind us of back home. They made us feel at ease from day one. Indie's check-ups and vaccinations are handled with care.

I’ve been taking my pup Oliver to Kensington Vet Care since I rescued him 4 years ago, when he was only 6 months old. The first time I took him to see Dr Irish he was nervous and frightened because he had been plucked off the streets of Romania and driven to London to find a new home. Dr. Irish and his staff were calm, patient, and caring and now 4 years later, Oliver looks forward to his vet appointments. He’s received the best care from Day 1. I can’t recommend Dr Irish and his staff highly enough.

Excellent service and care! I have two westies, that have been seeing Dr Irish and his team for the last 10 years. One of my dogs, Sandy, developed a very bad and challenging skin condition and Dr Johnny invested a lot of time, effort and care in diagnosing and treating the problem. The nursing and administrative staff were also extremely helpful in helping me to manage the issue. I am happy to recommend Johnny and his practice without reservation!

we took fluffy there few times, they always looked after him, great service , very nice people. receptionist, nurses and Johnny they go extra mile to help. We can't ask for more. For me is the best vet in London.

The whole team are brilliant. Dr Irish and his colleagues have taken excellent care of my two Chihauhaus for many years, and we have been extremely pleased with the level of care and professionalism we received. Instinctively, they know how distressing it is to have an unwell pet or a pet who needs an anaesthetic for a procedure, and they go out of their way to reassure and inform. For example, my thirteen-year-old Chi recently had his teeth done again, and I was reassured throughout the morning via phone about his progress. So I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have so much gratitude for Dr Claire and Kay at the front desk. My sweet cat has so many health issues and there’s no where else I’d rather bring her. ❤

So far, very happy with my experience.
Sorted out my dog’s travel paperwork in a 30 mins apt (some practices request a two week notice period and all this faff).

Secondly, this practice is helpful and don’t create unnecessary admin.
I needed some more monthly flea & tick product which my dog had been on for the past 9 years as we had run out. As we were already registered, it was so problem buying over the counter.
I had initially tried to purchase at Medivet Chepstow Rd (as more local) & although registered, they couldn’t sell me the product over the counter and wanted me to book an apt the following week.
The reception staff are also really sweet and gave my dog some treats to make her feel welcome.

Thank you Dr Irish for always taking such good care of my three pugs. I feel safe, well informed and well taken care of. The only vet in London that my pugs like and don't act out when we visit. Thank you for looking after Taz, Bianca and Elvis.

We took our cat, Sai, for his vaccination, for him to be chipped and neutered.
Johnnie and his staff were very kind and very professional and made our cat feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything was done on time and Sai was a very happy afterwards ….. would definitely recommend them to anyone

Having just landed from Monaco, I realised I had left my little boy’s tick and flea treatment back at home. I quickly searched vets near me after having spoken to his vet back home, confirming which treatment to use whilst in the UK 🇬🇧 Prior to finding this vet, I had a very unpleasant experience with a neighbouring vet, refusing to sell me an extremely necessary tick and flea treatment for our fur babies. I was in a real panic, they said I needed an appointment 🤦🏻‍♀Thankfully these guys were extremely helpful and ordered the product I usually use to collect on Monday. I cannot thank you enough for your help 🙏🏻

Decent price for amazing location. Staff is nice and doctor us reliable :) Frankie is in good hands and I feel reassured when I see Johnny. Ive left the area as I moved houses but I cant find a better vet so I take the train now to get my dog to Johnny because it is worth it！I also like that they give you an itemized receipt when you ask for it because some places just give you an enormous amount that you dont know what you just paid for. I must advise that when you find a good dentist or vet in London, stick with them！

I highly recommend Kensington Veterinary Care. We have taken our 1 year old toy poodle here from his puppy days and have always found the staff knowledgeable, kind and professional with a no nonsense approach and can do attitude.

Kay is a gem who has gone above and beyond with helping us for an upcoming move abroad.
