Medivet Notting Hill

Fantastic vets! Amazing support from the receptionists. Medivet Notting Hill is a unique setting with a lovely warm and pleasant very appealing reception area, clean examination rooms. The vets are experienced and caring. From the moment you pick up the phone to book an appointment you are greeted by a helpful and caring assistant. We have been to the practice more than once as owners of four cats. The whole experience was reassuring about my pet and helpful in making it easy for me to manage the issues. In particular have been very impressed with Ben.

My puppy ate a large bone and I was able to schedule an appointment straight away. In less than one hour they were able to diagnose him and call me to explain the next steps. Surgery went well, great communication and care. The team was so helpful and Samba was throughly looked after.

Very professional office with high quality of care. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. They get us in quickly, do a thorough job, and bill insurance promptly. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely care. Our dog still loves going there even after he’s been given shots and been neutered. We have tried other vets that are cheaper but ultimately you get what you pay for and we felt the others were not as knowledgeable and didn’t provide the level of care we expected after coming to Medivet.

While across London from our usual Medivet location our cat's terminal illness took a turn for the worse and we brought her to the Notting Hill location. We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. However the care and professionalism we experienced at this practice was truly touching. My husband and I are so thankful to the entire team for their compassion, patience, and kindness, shown to us both on that day and the difficult days that followed.

I worked at this surgery personally and although I had to leave due to moving country - I have such a long standing appreciation for the professionalism and high standard of care provided here. Your pets are in the safest of hands with Emma, Rebecca and an outstanding team. I have worked in many practices both in the UK and Ireland and can honestly say you simply won’t find more caring, knowledgeable and capable vets and nurses. I can’t speak highly enough of their abilities. I only wish I lived closer as I would be a lifelong client for sure!

We've been taking our cats to the vets since they were kittens and always had excellent care. It's a well run practice, very clean and caring. They always do their best to communicate with you and are quick to respond to concerns. Our cat was really ill and they held my hand all the way through and through making our insurance claim. I don't know what I would have done without them.

We have being coming to Medivet for over ten years now and have had ten years of excellent service. As our two cats have got older (now 16 years old), their needs have changed considerably. Most recently, one has been very ill and we’ve needed to bring her in a few times for tests. The staff are consistently sensitive, professional, thorough and above all kind to my two precious cats

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Fast appointment in a mini emergency, friendly, caring, honest, helpful staff who were brilliant with their communications and updates. The entire team were incredibley professional and helpful. We're new to the area, but after having reason to visit on a couple of occasions with our dog and we couldn't recommend Notting Hill Vets and the team highly enough. Thank you all!

I've been taking my dog to them since he was a tiny puppy and can't say one bad thing about them. My dog always leave on good spirits, even after taking his injections. Very friendly staff. Very helpful even during lockdown and responsive to all our questions.

Emily, the vet, was fantastic, as were the front of house staff. And Socks wasn’t too traumatised by the experience. Top marks!

Both our dogs have been looked after, treated, cared for and checked upon with love and professionalism for the past 16 years. Emma and her team go above and beyond in the most joyful as well as difficult circumstances from the day we brought our puppies home to the most heartbreaking moment of saying good bye. I could not have wished for a more understanding veterinary practice. The nurses are always welcoming us when we pop in just to say hello and my older dog had turned from being terrified of check ups to happily walking into Notting Hill & Barons Court Practices to be fussed over, checked up and treated. Nothing is ever too little or too difficult for any of the team. Emma's connections with specialists are bar none and we have had plenty of experience of making connections with them. I can highly recommend Emma and her team for their professionalism, their knowledge, their care and their love towards our dogs.

I really like this practice. I've got to know the different members of staff whilst they've been looking after my cats and they are seem friendly (to both me and my cats), reassuring, dedicated, efficient, knowledgeable and devoted to the pets in their care.

I've been taking my cats to Notting Hill vets for a number of years and have nothing but admiration and respect for lead vet, Dr Emma Nicholas. You couldn't find a more compassionate, caring, and skilled professional; she has guided us through some tough times always showing the utmost care and humanity both for our beloved cats and for us. I would highly recommend her and all her delightful and professional team.

Rebecca was incredibly kind regarding the serious situation with my puppy. She gave clear information, to the point and complete, with empathy and understanding. She helped us understand our options, next steps and potential outcomes. Whilst a challenging situation - her professionalism has helped us understand our options.

I cannot recommend this practice and indeed their other practice in Barons Court highly enough. Not only are the veterinary team highly skilled, they go above and beyond with their follow up care.The staff are articulate, friendly and informed and care deeply about the well being of their patients. I would not entrust my dog to any other vets.

They take care of my two girls - send out reminders - most importantly treat our fur babies as one of their own - putting the creatures at ease . If you’re looking for a veterinary Surgery I highly recommend this team .

Took our lab here when she had sliced her paw open. Both the Vet and the nurse were very helpful and did a great job to bandage her up and make her more comfortable. Highly recommend.
