It’s interesting that everyone I speak to has recommended this vet to me so this is where we registered our English bulldog. To say they are amazing is an understatement. The nurse is so helpful and you can tell they are dedicated to the animals they treat.

Andrew Carmichael is amazing, the best vet I’ve ever come across. Knows exactly what he is doing and cares about every single animal. The team Wendy and Sarah and also complete legends who know their stuff and have always been so warm with us and our senior dog. You won’t find another veterinary clinic like this. They all genuinely care. We sadly had to say goodbye to our 17 year old westie last month which the team only knew for the last couple of years of his life but it felt like he’d been going there his whole life the way they were with him. Definitely recommend and they understand everyone’s circumstances :) thank you!

Always kind to an over anxious ‘mother’!! The girls - Wendy and Sarah - are always kind and helpful and never make me feel I am being a nuisance. I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for a kind, no nonsense vet.

Andrew Carmichael is a very caring and extremely experienced vet in whom I would and have placed the health and wellbeing of my beloved Dogs. He is calm and calming in a pet health crisis and I trust him completely to do what is best for my pets. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
JUST BRILLIANT

Without doubt the best and cheapest vet in West London. He really cares for the animals, is very old school and will not charge for every secondary checkup appointment (unlike the thieves in Brook Green). Absolute godsend of a vet, lovely staff as well

Welcoming and friendly ladies on front desk and a charming efficient vet . Just like it should be……but better !!!! Would recommend to all . Excellent value and care from a very knowledgable team. ………………..If they did respite care for the elderly I would book my husband there immediately

Had to put to sleep my beloved dog of 19 years a fortnight ago this vets where amazing and caring with such a terrible ordeal I had to suffer . A truly amazing vets I totally recommend them x

Mr Carmichael is doing wonders. His cares about the pets and only the pets. He is a very good listener and caring doctor. My cat will never see anyone else than him. Thank you doctor.

Professional and old school vet that charges a fair price for treatments. I was quoted 200 pounds for a scan for my cat and the vets at brook green quoted nearly 600 with sedation and 400 without!

As always a delightful reception and an understanding compassionate vet. Andrew rocks. Thank you.
