Switched to here a few months ago. Everyone I've met who works here is really nice, caring, friendly and helpful (to both humans and animals) and my dog is always excited to come. They explain everything well, they make you feel welcome and comfortable and very obviously all love animals. The most major thing we've had to do was get our dog spayed which all went very smoothly and she recovered really quickly (thankyou George 😊)

I trust them so much more and feel more comfortable than the last vets we were at and believe my dog does too.

Stunning clinic and top class service. James was friendly, personal (which doesn’t usually happen with high street vet clinics) and precise on my dog’s diagnose. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming and the installations are like a 5* hotel! This definitely became my dog’s new clinic :)

I came into Wolfe Vets to enquire about registering my rescue but I was somewhat concerned about bringing him in due to his nervousness.

I was greeted by who I believe is the manager. This lady was in a black dress (I should of asked for her name)

She took so much time with me answering my questions and even gave me the brilliant advice of bringing my rescue in just for some treats and a fuss to give him positive exposure to the vets.

I have now registered with Wolfe Vets and would highly recommend If in any doubt speak to the manager. She was so lovely and reassuring.

Best vets, they fit us in on Christmas Eve to see our poorly dog Missy which was greatly appreciated. Their advice as always is amazing. Highly recommend Wolfe Vets

Jack & I loved our time visiting such a wonderful vets office. Everyone there is lovely and caring. Jack had the pleasure of working with 3 awesome vets over his 5 month stay in London.

I highly recommend this clinic as the vets are extremely knowledgeable, offer the best treatments and advice. They know how much our fur babies mean to us and only offer them the highest level of care.

The office is also cute and they sell some yummy dog treats which Jack loves.

Jack & I hope to be back in the future when he visits again.

Excellent care for our dog, who has injured his knee (torn ligament). Very good explanation of his injury and the surgical procedure to fix it. The doctor inspires confidence, and we're looking forward to our dog being back to full strength.

Our dog is back to full strength! We had our (hopefully) final appointment yesterday for an x-ray and his bones are healing nicely. We are still going to physical therapy to ensure that our dog rebuilds muscle strength and coordination. Good times! Thanks to Dr. James for the excellent care!!!

Wolfe Vets are absolutely amazing. We switched to them after an awful experience with another vets whilst trying to get our puppy spayed and then doubling the price on the day. We saw the wonderful reviews for Wolfe vets and decided to give them a try. From the minute we spoke to them on the phone it just felt right, they reassured us and told us every detail of the procedure and what we needed to do/prepare. Upon arriving the staff were so friendly and absolutely adore animals. Even the aftercare pack we received was just so well put together. They did an exceptional job with our little puppies operation and we are so happy we found them. Thank you Wolfe vets, we will be recommending you to everyone!!

Wolfe Vets is simply the best veterinary clinic you can find in west London. I have been taking my cat there for two years (since she was a kitten) and each time I am blown away by their kindness, professionalism and obvious deep love and respect for animals. From the front desk team to the vets - 10/10! They are so knowledgeable, patient and calm.

I cannot recommend Wolfe Vets enough! We recently moved to the UK & took our 14 year old pup to Wolfe Vets for a dental issue, for the first time in years we were told they could help our girl. The next day she was booked in and had her teeth taken out. All of the vets and staff are incredible & have been so kind to us, explained everything in full, and have always been happy to answer our calls when we have questions. Our Sadie girl is so happy post surgery and is thriving. I cannot say enough thanks yous to the whole team. Highly recommend Wolfe Vets!!

So glad to have found Wolfe vets, they have been superb with our new kitten for his neutering op and a more recent issue, reception staff, nurses and vets are all lovely and excellent. We moved from our previous vets as so many of the vets and staff, who we loved, were leaving, we then discovered the practice had been taken over by a corporate, so it is really brilliant to find a lovely independent practice. Can't recommend highly enough.

From the beginning Wolfe’s have treated my very-worried-rescue dog brilliantly.
They’ve stood out to be exceptional vets on two occasions-
1. My dog got an eye infection and scratched the outside of her eye rubbing it. She was in a lot of pain and very reactive when we tried to give her drops. James let me bring her in everyday, twice a day, for two weeks so the nurses could administer them. They were so gentle with her and completely cured her of any fear of eye drops. ❤
2. Wolfe’s are also incredibly organised and efficient about preparing your pet for travel- and today I was due to set out at 6am with my dog to France, only to realise I’d mislaid her papers. By 7.45am Georgie had new papers for me ready to go. Couldn’t appreciate the Wolfe team more.

I chose Wolfe Vets having read the reviews here and am so glad I did. I have a new puppy and it's also my first dog. James and the team were amazingly patient with the pup and me! All members of the team we met were lovely and tried their absolute best to keep my little pup relaxed. Have signed up to the Wolfe Pack which is great value. Slightly concerned I'm going to spend too much money on the cool stuff for sale as I bring the pup in for vaccinations over the next couple of weeks! Thanks again and see you soon.

It's my first experience with vets. They seem absolutely lovely and very professional and efficient. Next time we'll go without the kitten because she was getting 𝙖𝙡𝙡 the attention.

April 23 update: Did you again and all was still very good

This vet literally saved my dogs life. I traveled all the way from Essex to see them as my local vets gave me the option of either spending 12k on treatment or putting her down.

From the moment we walked through the door we knew she was in good hands. The atmosphere felt more like a front room than usual sterile environment you get with other vets.

Unlike my other vets they had all the equipment and specialists in house and managed to diagnose my dog correctly and operate within a day. More importantly they were so much more cheaper than the 12k i was quoted at my local vets.

She is now starting to walk again and the after care has been second to none.

I drive over two hours to get there, but its worth it to know my dog is being looked after by people who actually care about animals instead of looking at them as was to get money out of vulnerable people.

Fantastic vets with a great atmosphere and happy, knowledgeable staff. We brought our puppy whippet for her second vaccines as I had concerns at another vets. As new dog owners we had a million and one questions, queries and worries. Georgie was great and gave us simple, direct advice (with humour!). We left feeling great and our pup wanted to go straight back in for more treats and attention. Highly highly recommend.

We needed a great vet to support us, as we had a sensitive situation and were very cautious about which vet to go to, so we went to Wolfe vets on recommendation from our vet friend who is now living abroad. They really went above and beyond from when we called, trying to find a time they could squeeze us in last minute today as our dog Wookie just passed away after a cesarean at an emergency vet hospital elsewhere and we wanted to check her orphan puppies are OK. All staff handled us with amazing sensitivity, compassion and empathy, they were so sweet and caring, they were all really lovely people. The vet we saw, Georgia, was so helpful, gave us great information and advice and was so caring. We then also spoke to a great nurse who gave us very in depth advice and answered all our questions patiently to help us care for them and made us feel at ease at a time when we are all very fragile. Feel so grateful to them all and that we have found such a great vet to take our babies from now on! They really aren't like any vet I have ever visited, really great staff, it's so clean, but also a great atmosphere and I trust they do everything they can to help and do their best job! Thank you all so much, we look forward to bringing our babies back to you for their check ups!

Our little pup has been coming to Wolfe Vets since he was 10 weeks old, and the entire staff of Wolfe Vets have been so helpful and kind. He's had all of his vaccines and health checks through here, as well as multiple Health Certificates to help us travel abroad, and a tooth extraction. Each vet, nurse, and receptionist has been so sweet and our guy loves coming here. We're just about to move abroad and we will really miss Wolfe Vets!

Had a disappointing visit a few months back to which James was wonderful and super quick to respond.

Recently I have returned to the practice, and honestly can say this is the best vets in the area, and would not recommend anywhere else.

They truly care for all types of animals and won't be put off by even the most challenging of pets, they don't judge and are just there to support and care for your fur babies. It is the calmest my little one has ever been in the vets and they were understanding when he chose to make some noise and took their time with him, making sure he was as comfortable as he could be in what he finds a super stressful environment.

I have to thank the team and apologies for my previous upset, it must have been a bad day and I intend to be more understanding in future as I really appreciate the service and time given on our recent visit and look forward to seeing the team again in the new year.0
