The Grill at Harrods

Came here for our anniversary lunch. Food was ok. Truffle Mac and cheese and the truffle chips were delicious. Disappointed with the service as the waiters were too slow and we had to keep trying to get there attention. Our drinks took about 10 minutes to come. We had a reservation so make sure you reserve beforehand as it gets busy.

You don't know what and what not to describe. The restaurant attracts your attention from the moment you enter the hall until you sit at the table. You feel as if you are in a museum surrounded by art collection from everywhere.

The food is served with great care while preserving the smallest details. Baby chicken dish is pretty perfect.

The staff is very friendly and pays attention to all the details.

Service was excellent. At the greet and meet Nas was very quick in getting us sat down and comfortable while we waited for our table. At the grill we were looked after by Laslou, who was very prompt, and the food came out quickly. We ordered the tomohawk, it was delicious, and justified the price. Would go back.

The Australien Steak filet is yummy and delicious 😋 🥩 the fries is average ( it’s oily ) the mash potatoes is delicious .
The waiting time is too much it’s better if you reserve.

I had a great dinner and a fantastic waitress. The food was prepared perfectly. I did walk in without a reservation and sat at the counter top/bar area. I do recommend making a reservation, especially with a larger group. When you make your reservation, they will ask for a credit card.

I have been in the grill restaurant last week with my family and was absolutely amazing.
We was eating the amazing Australian waguy which is unforgettable with a delicious Caesar salad thank to Ana the waitress that was guiding was to pick the right choice.
We also tried two cocktails: Passion Velvet and the fantastic Green Margarita.
We are excited to go back as soon as we can.

Fantastic food, stakes, burgers, chicken, all fantastic. I enjoy sitting at the bar and watch the staff at the kitchen, they are fantastic. Hats down!
The place has very high attendance, and this requires higher speed than usual! They are simply fantastic! Hygienic, efficient, so quick, and accurate.
There’s a level of chemistry that makes the job more efficient & the outcome outstanding, even with the heat, the noise, and the traffic of people! Fantastic place

I just had the best steak in my life. Expensive but worth every pound. The food is just amazing 🤩 the beef, salad, truffle fries and mac cheese 👌🏼 The service also was excellent and welcoming.

Dinner was incredible. From the moment we have arrived to the moment we left we had a great time. Staff was very friendly, in especial to Ana that was always smiling and very professional. We will definitely come back.

this place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff was also really friendly. The manager MR Chheng was incredible. he know what he was doing and what he was talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy was his main priority. Food is pretty good. Will come back again 👌🏻

A quick trip to London this weekend brought us to Harrods Food Hall where we sat down to a delicious steak at the Harrods Steakhouse. This is our first visit to the Harrods food court and it was a great experience! We both ordered a 200 g fillet , I had the béarnaise sauce and my wife I had mushroom sauce, both steaks cooked a perfect medium rare with sides of mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and a nice salad. We enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal which was also very nice. The whole experience was wonderful, the ambience and food were all amazing, lots of history in this place and the food hall was full of people enjoying there Sunday afternoon . The butcher was very helpful with the selection of our steak and the gentleman serving us was very friendly with great suggestions as to what we should do with our time in London, overall it was a great experience! Prices were a little bit steep but you always pay for quality!

Superb. The sides were spot on and the wagyu fillet perfectly done. Would recommend truffle fries, spinach and potato Dauphinoise.

Good but not great … I was a bit underwhelmed by the food but the a ervice was fantastic though !

Very good service and good food but when I go home l check that my bill 200g US PRIME RIBEYE is £64 pounds and l check the menu again it is £32 pounds? Otherwise everything is very good

The Harrods Rotisserie Grill was a fantastic experience, seeing the chefs cook and prepare your meal right in front of you was fun and the fillet steak I had was simply superb (expensive of course but it is Harrods after all). The truffle chips were honestly the tastiest truffle chips I’ve ever had, and loads of truffle on them so it wasn’t a skimpy garnish as I’ve had in some other restaurants. My friend had the half roast chicken which also looked delicious. First time trying the grill and I can’t wait to go back!

A good dining experience with delicious high quality British rib eye steak, red wine, salad, fries with truffle and English breakfast tea. The service was good and friendly.
