San Domenico House Hotel, Chelsea and Knightsbridge London

What a great find this small high class Hotel was. Boutique Hotel just a hop from Harrods, Sloane Square and Kings Road❤ quiet and classy this Hotel was so comfortable and cozy I highly recommend. Had the best time in London and this was the icing on the cake . Food was excellent, service first class and location spot on 😘💫🌸

Such a great hotel! The location couldn’t be better (so central!) and the staff was so kind. We got a surprise upgrade at check-in, and the room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. 10/10 recommend!

From the moment my wife & I arrived at the entrance for tge beginning of her 'Birthday' stay, we knew we had made the right choice. From the accommodating, welcoming staff to the beautifully decorated interior, the San Domenico was DEFINITELY great value for money. Perfect location, quiet area, a lovely, terrace area with balcony overlooking Chelsea, plus an intimate balcony in our room to eat our tasty breakfast in the morning. Will obviously be coming back for more at a later date.

We stayed 3 nights at the San Domenico House. When we arrived, Mattia gave us an exquisite reception, an upgrade and invited us to a wine on the super terrace. The room was magnificent, huge, very nice, very very clean, full of the details, including amazing wardrobe. We asked for a power adapter and they gave it to us! We asked for brushes and they gave them to us! We asked for thinner pillows... and when we arrived at night they were there!. All along with new water every night and chocolates. Obviously, the Italian class is everywhere. Special mention to the amazing and complete breakfast and WONDERFUL treatment from Franceso, María Grazia, Tim and Teresa. It is difficult to find staff of such a level and I wish them the best, they made our stay a family home (but without sisters-in-law! haha). And above all: Mattia, who was in charge of bringing us water or whatever we wanted before we left. I hope to come back soon. The neighborhood is the best so are the magnificent deco, rooms, facilities and so on... but trust me, the difference here are the whole staff. Grazie amicci, e bocca in lupo! :)

Wonderful hotel, I wanted a plush, unique hotel experience for my stay in London. I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice. My room was so comfortable and luxurious. This is no generic chain hotel, this is historic charming building that has maintained it's uniqueness without sacrificing it's affluent coziness. My stay started with a delicious glass of Processco and cocktail nibbles while enjoying my beautiful view by the window, in a soft snug chair. Later I enjoyed a delicious dinner in my room with a lovely glass of wine, perfect end to a long day of traveling. Actually the perfect ending was taking a warm steamy shower and climbing into my bed. Speaking of my bed, I am very picky about my bed. Usually I don't sleep the best in hotel rooms. I had an amazing night sleep every night. The window treatments allow the room to be darkened or be totally dark. The firmness of the bed was ideal. Not too soft or firm, and the sheets were heavenly. Other noteworthy mentions are the fabulous provided toiletries and the ability to control the temperature of the room ( I like to sleep in a cold room). I made my way up to the roof top deck and enjoyed a specular view. In addition, as a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe staying at this hotel. You have to ring to be let in and the door is locked once you enter. No worries about anyone uninvited entering the hotel. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This location is very convenient and located near many lovely restaurants, parks, shops, and other points of interest. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting London.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE boutique hotel - found San Domenico after weeks of searching for the perfect British experience for my guest (I'm talking about booking and cancelling 6+ places before finding San Dom). This boutique hotel with 19 rooms/suites is ideal for those looking for an intimate, authentic regal luxury. Location is on a quiet road in Chelsea, yet steps away from Duke of York Sq, Pavilion Road, and Sloan Sq Station, with restaurants, cafes, and boutiques all within minutes walk. The interiors of the hotel itself - from the gallery style paintings, to the antique furnitures, to the sitting room - no details were missed. My guest was upgraded from a deluxe double to gallery suite upon arrival, with special welcoming card and fruit platter. Staff are all kind and efficient. Did I mention the amazing value vs price compared to other 5 stars in the area?? Only feedback is to upgrade the mattresses, as they are hard. Fantastic stay and will definitely book San Domenico for all future guests.Domenico.

Delightful restorative stay here. Staff Matt and Carlo very friendly and professional. A blonde lady at front desk also very facilitating. Amongst the best quality sleeps away from home ever. Lovely ambience. Just would like a coffee dock in the room! Would gladly stay again. If you can't quite travel to
Italy, this is a short cut to there. 😎

Decided to try a new hotel in London for a change. All I have to say is amazing!!!! The owners are Italian, from Puglia and the Italian influence is very evident. Staff are lovely and the room we stayed in was amazing. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and Benedetto was a pleasure, he could not do enough for us. Definitely will be going back

Stayed here a while ago. Every inch of this place is covered in thoughtful beauty. It’s an uplifting atmosphere with the best service you could find. Additionally, you can’t put a price on the value of the boutique experience.

Just returned from a family break. Wanted to stay somewhere unique, but small and friendly with character. Couldn't have picked a better hotel or location. The staff went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests to make our stay an individual experience. The hotel is full of character, each room completely individual - we booked two deluxe rooms and one suite, each one had a different theme. Great breakfast - we took advantage of breakfast in our room to enjoy the whole stay. Would absolutely recommend. Can't wait to stay again.

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Chelsea. Close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you may possibly need. Stylish, clean, with its own character. And amazing rooftop terrace. Great place to escape for a couple of days. The owners are Italians and have few more properties in Puglia, so I just can't wait to go and check that out.

An outstanding hotel, that offers all the comfort and amenities of a five star hotel. The staff are extremely hospitable and efficient and the service is fabulous. I would highly recommend.
