Fantastic vets! I brought a stray kitten into their clinic and they were able to locate its microchip and return the kitty to its owner!

I recently adopted a 2 and half year old Bengal cat, Judi, who had been ill treated for the first 2 years of her life and then not had a permanent home since then. Even while I was waiting for Judi to arrive, the lovely and friendly staff at Village Vet Maida Vale reassured me and gave me advice. Judi had her first health check last week and the treatment and care was over and above. She definitely is receiving 5 star care from Village Vet Maida Vale, and is going from being a frightened little one into a happy little one. Thank you so much to Tesse, Jodie and Katie.

I have been using the Village Vet in Maida Vale for over 10 years for my cats and dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The staff are kind and clearly very knowledgeable. I still use them even though the MV branch is no longer my local surgery. I completely trust them. I particularly recommend Dr Giacomo Uva who has done the pets' check ups, tended on them when they have been unwell and also undertaken a surgical procedure under GA.

The vet and all the staff were really kind. Cookie's treatment was adapted to her previous allergic reaction. The vet was really gentle and sweet and took very good care of Cookie, she hasn't even move during her injection

Couldn't be happier with the support we receive for our dog from the guys at Village vet. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. The prices are great for the service you receive. The nurses as well as the vets are great at re-assuring you about any situation that your furry friend will find themselves in. The vets are prompt at returning calls and pay great attention to detail. They really do understand how important your pet is. They also do not flog unnecessary medications to you. They believe in doing what is necessary where it is necessary and letting nature take it's course. Great news for those that may have been burned by very high vet bills elsewhere. Can't say anything more to recommend Village vet.

I went to this clinic with my cat Jerry for the regular vaccinations. The place is very neat and staff extremely friendly. Jerry is afraid of doctors and likes to run away. Doctor was very patient and friendly with him. We recently mocked to UK and I had random questions about how to take care of pets in UK and nice woman on the reception was very kind to answer them.
In addition, it was very easy to book appointment on the site.

We had a very good experience, Dr Bruce provided excellent care of our cat and was very friendly, explained everything well and was really able to put our cat at ease, which is impressive as she's very shy. The practice was also accommodating with scheduling the surgery and overal very courteous and efficient. We came here after having bad experiences with another practice that kept trying to sell us all sort of things and were very pushy. Very happy we made the switch, definitely recommend.

Dr Hinnah and Nurse Sophie took the absolute best care of us, from booking, to vaccinations. I am so grateful that Enzo and Cicci met such lovely a lovely Vet. Thank you to all the staff at Maida Vale for looking after us.

I've been taking my dog to village vet (2 different branches West Hampstead and maida vale) for about 4 years now. I have to say all of the staff are really professional and friendly. My dog doesn't like seeing the vet (actual exam) but they are always friendly about helping him feel comfortable.

My dog is getting old now, so he's having to go in more and more. Gizelle has been seeing him regularly and she is amazing. She works with me to find a treatment plan and asks me questions about my dog. She listens and really cares about and loves dogs, which shows in the way she spends time with her 'patients'. Even though I moved out of maida vale I continue to take my dog here because I know the service is worth it and he will get a great vet looking after him. Thank you Gizelle!

Very happy with the service the vet has provided for our 2 dogs, especially over the last few months when we have needed help the most. Giacomo, the vet, has been very good with both our dogs and we have been delighted with his care.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable vet, everything works smoothly from booking appointment to actual help given. Everyone is extremely friendly and vet is trustworthy. I got my questions answered very clearly and can understand the why in treatment plan thanks to it, which I also appreciate a lot.

A lovely and friendly practice. The staff are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I've used three different branches of Village Vets and every one operates to such a high standard. I always feel confident that my cat is getting the best care possible and would have no problem recommending any Village Vet practice.

Wonderful and caring staff. Said goodbye to my cat I’ve had for 23 years on Friday 25th Jan 2019.

Giacomo has been looking after her for the last 18 months and was an absolute blessing. Was there with me and my little one to the last day, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from him. Giacomo, you helped me so much on this day I cannot thank you enough.
