I cannot thank Dr. Amber Rose enough for all she has done for me and my little cat, Wizz! My cat fell seriously ill, and thanks to her expertise, dedication, and compassion she was able to get a swift diagnosis and a plan for him right away. Dr. Rose not only gave me answers when no one else could, but also provided me with immense peace of mind during a stressful time. Her professionalism and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction. I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional care and for going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Amber Rose to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care. She truly is amazing.

One of the best vet surgeries in London. It’s small but super accommodating and I feel our cat got the best care. The nurse is great and the lady at the front desk is fantastic. Only downside is that Medivet in general is very expensive compared to the competition but the service is 5*

The veterinarian who attended to my cat demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedicated ample time to thoroughly examine her, aiming to pinpoint the potential source of her allergy. Overall, my experience was extremely satisfactory.

Amber and the team at Medivet SJW are wonderful! Our dog has some aggression at the vet and they have worked with him over the past few months to get him more comfortable. We go in for "happy" visits and Amber & Emily shower him with treats, pets, and play time. He's much more comfortable now and even pulls me towards the door when we walk by. They have made going to the vet an enjoyable experience, I highly recommend!

We have been with this vet for over 1 year and each time the team has been incredibly friendly and caring. It’s easy to book appointments and my dog always receives a lot of treats when he goes for an appointment. Overall, lovely place and could not recommend it more.

Fabulous little vets, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was first visit with my new puppy Cher, and she was very excited and comfortable. They made they experience very easy for both myself and puppy.
Also super clean, and easy to park outside in the pay and display!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Will is an amazing veterinarian, so helpful, kind and very patient, he really goes that extra mile and will squeeze you in for an appointment. Nurses also wonderful and Very helpful reception staff. You know your fur baby is in good hands. Would highly recommend. Also I’ve moved and it’s a bit far now but I wouldn’t change even though I have a vets 5 mins from me.

Medivet St John’s Wood made my first experience with a puppy a great one. They were extremely professional and reliable, always helpful too. Not only did they give me great pieces of advice when needed but they also took great care of Winston and made sure he was always the happiest and healthiest dog. He was so happy everytime we went to see Medivet. Winston’s neutering also went really well thanks to Will. Thanks for everything!

I’ve taken my dog here since he was a little puppy. He’s so well taken care of and loved by all of the staff. In addition to jabs and routine checkups, our dogs gets weighed and receives his prescriptions - he knows that he’ll get treats and cuddles. This is a great vet practice, both professional and personal. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love Medivet St Johns Wood!! The team are so friendly and professional. Can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of my hamster when the poor thing had an eye infection. They are a very reliable clinic. Ana is my favourite nurse, always friendly and unbeatable customer service!

Great experience spaying my female cat. Very reasonable price compared to other vets in the area, plus all the staff was super friendly. 100% recommend.

Dr Will is absolutely fantastic. Our parakeet was injured and Will took the time to explain everything whilst also cheering us up. Ana was very friendly as well. All-round great experience and they are our go-to vet now!

One of the best of the Medivet practices. They normally have the same Vets who really care and take the time to answer questions. When my dog wasn’t well, they managed to fit us in for an appointment same day (as opposed to waiting a week as another practice). It’s a bit more pricey than other Medivet’s around me, but for my favourite 4 legged creature, it’s well worth it for the better service and feeling of being looked after!

After my hamster grew an enormous lump I called every vet in my area in a panic. No where could offer me an appointment for a few days. I called medivet and they understood my panic and booked me in on the day.
Although we lost our little guy I feel incredibly grateful to have been taken care of by Will and his team. They are all so kind and gentle, not only with the pets but with us owners also. Thank you so much for helping us through a difficult time.

This is easily the best veterinarian practice I have ever been to. The vet, Will, literally saved my cat’s life, he acted with speed and professionalism while remaining calm, and now my cat is getting better and better everyday. Kim is just wonderful, she’s so friendly and really pleasant to all the animals she meets.

I am giving 5 star only because there is no 10. Seriously professional clinic, team was extremely helpful. We were panicking, as you can imagine anyone would do, when it comes to their pet.
Very prompt communication via email ( I have contacted 7 clinics).
They managed to fit as on the short notice, were so calm and professional, such a reassurance that we are in good hands.

Lovely care towards puppy. Overall very responsive and professional. Very reasonably priced.

They went out of their way to fit my cat in for an urgent appointment after she somehow scratched her own eyeball overnight. The vet Gabby was fantastic and caring and managed to spot a separate issue with my cat's ear.
