Has to be one of the best GP in the country, almost feels like a privately run clinic in terms of efficiency and care. The medical team is courteous and responsive, unlike other GPs I have experienced. Overall, I am beyond pleased to be a part of the practice. The physical facility has a bit of a tired look and the waiting area is tiny, but overall the end to end care has been fantastic.

Today I went into the GP to register myself and my kids. The welcoming to the GP was so good to hear the reception on the phone helping (I wasn't hear dropping LOL) but how the reception deal with patient was amazing. my neighbor actually recommend me has she been with the GP over 9 years now. Overall amazing welcome to the GP amazing reception so helpful really I'm happy to be registered with GP. 💗🥰

I've been at the medical centre for a number of years, with more ailments than I'd like to have experienced. Some have been quite serious with a need to incorporate hospital care.

At the core of this service is the reception staff who do their best to accommodate you and ensure you are seen as soon as possible. Following that, all Doctor care has been thoughtful and caring. Great service.

I've been living in London for over 25 years and without a doubt, this is by far the best surgery we've had the chance to be registered with. The patient care across the board and from all staff members is exemplary. We get access to GPs and services very quickly and also, the reception staff are incredibly helpful and resourceful. They always make the time and go out of their way to find a solution to help patients.

I am so thankful for all your kindness and help. I honestly believe you deserve to get the best GP title around the country. I am so lucky that I am registered such an amazing GP. Highly recommended. All staff, you are the best!

I moved to London from a small town and expected to have long wait times and the typical “London attitude” from staff however I was so wrong. Both the receptionists and Drs are unbelievably helpful and I have been supported far better than at any other surgery. Appointments are booked quickly and referrals are pushed when needed. Overall I can’t recommend Acton Lane enough!

I've been with Acton Lane Medical centre for the last 31 years and my experience with his surgery is nothing but Praises to the Doctors and the staff...They are so professional and accommodating when I need repeat medication and appointments. Sangeeta is so welcoming, caring, accommodating and very empathetic with her patience. I would never imagine going to another surgery or to see another Doctor. I have been hugely impressed by Sangeeta and the medical staff at the Acton Lane Medical Centre. The staff at the centre have shown huge amounts of help, speed of action, compassion, work ethic and results to get treatment when needed. For example when my son needed help, Sangeeta was extremely helpful and quick to coordinate medication and doctors calls which helped him stay alive. Sangeeta and the medical staff at Acton Lane are amazing. I am so grateful that Sangeeta in particular is part of the team at the medical centre! Thank you!!!

Acton Lane Medical Centre has been my local practice for 7 years.
I would recommend it to anyone.
From the moment I entered the reception , I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.
The practice secretary Ms Sangeeta Bagaj has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority. I would like her to receive recognition.
She was so knowledgeable,answered all my questions, was very attentive.
The waiting times are relatively short. I have always felt very satisfied with the service here.
The Lead G.P Dr.Akbar Khan and his staff are very good.
Dr.Khan is very patient who genuinely cares about his patients.
Has helped me so much with everything I have been through! Really efficient and respectful!

I registered with the practice last year. The staff are lovely, always profession and helpful. Twice I called and ask for GP and Nurse appointments, was seen straight away, no waiting time. Was really amazed to get appointments on the same day. Doctors are very professional, Dr Fernandes referred me on the same day. Highly recommend the practice.

Ive been a patient here since 1998, receptionists are lovely,caring and friendly. All the staff are understanding when my eldest son visits with me as he has special needs and make sure our visits run smoothly. You need a tea machine lol.

Our family just registered at Acton Lane medical centre W4 5DG . I am so pleased to see Laxmi the previous receptionist from Western Avenue Surgery is now working here . Laxmi has always been very helpful, polite and caring. Also very pleased with the service received. Thank you.

Very efficient, helpful and caring staff. Dr Fernandes and Dr Khan go above and beyond also.
Prescriptions can be easily picked up next door at Alicia’s pharmacy too.
I would recommend this medical centre under new management.

Everyone at this place were responsive and helpful, regardless of many questions the Doctor was professional and supportive to address all our heath issues (both physical and mental), the staff helped many times in rescheduling and rebooking the appointments, being very patient. It is always the best not to have a need to go there, but in case it happens I know who can help my family and myself.
