Experience at the great frog is...great! Staff were helpful and let us hold and try the shelf samples to see whether it's something we liked. I've been eying up the brat ring for a while now and all it took was some peer pressure from my friends to pull the trigger. The sizing, order sheet and payments went smoothly, they offer in-store collection or delivery by dhl.

4 weeks later and it's arrived and i'm very happy. It's the minor imperfections that make these special, it shows they were crafted with tools, not machines like most things nowadays.

One of the most known jewelry makers in the world with lots of history behind it's unique pieces and quite a few famous names as regulars. Quality second to none, excellent customer service. Going through the whole process of ordering is really a unique shopping experience. Got few rings and bracelets 👍🏻

Absolutely awesome showroom with friendly, knowledgeable, cool staff and really good Dark Arts coffee available for about a year now. This isn't the original location, but it is awesome to visit one of the original rock jewelry companies, made downstairs I think. The furniture even has custom cast tufting buttons, and where once was a custom car there's now a custom motorcycle. The jewelry prices are higher than Etsy jewelers, of course, but they don't charge the 'fashion premium' that other famous brands do. Come for a visit, and maybe leave with a ring!

Just the best place to buy jewellery, ever. Forget all your overpriced designer tatt, this is handmade in the UK, super detailed and different to anything else out there.

The staff are super helpful, both times I've been in I've dealt with Bradley, who knows his stuff and is really experienced with how the rings fit.

I love the guys from The Geat Frog, I've been to the Carnaby Street and Shoreditch stores and always had fantastic service, the staff were very welcoming, they had great social distancing measures in place and were on hand to help with my questions. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and not just because the jewelery is great, but because their merch is to die for!

The service I received from both stores was second to none! The Great Frog East were incredible though! I called up hoping they would have the Bowie eye ring in stock, even though it was out of stock online and Sher got me sorted immediately. He took the order and took into consideration the time scale I had (less than 6 weeks due to going back to New Zealand). The communication was absolutely amazing and the knowledge the team has was so helpful, especially when I was worried about ring sizing. I couldn’t be happier with the ring and just wanted to leave a review and give a big shout out to the guys, Sher especially, for being so awesome to deal with! Thanks again, I will most definitely be back as there’s about 100 more pieces I want to add to the collection :)

Was recommended this shop by someone. The store had some nice silver jewelry. Bought a nice Onyx ring for my index finger which is in the process of being made according to my size. Just have to collect it once it is ready. The prices are typical of London prices, but worth every penny. I would not say it is the best jewelry maker in the UK but it is somewhere there in my list of top 10 jewelry makers.. Whitby is one of my favourite locations for buying tailor made jewelry (high quality) at reasonable prices made by the locals for decade's.( I may post a review on their craftsmanship at a later date. )Needless to say, l will definitely be purchasing another ring from ' the great frog east' sometime in the future

Visited to order a new ring - the staff were really helpful with sizing and explaining the ordering process. Looking forward to receiving my order through the post once its ready.

Jess @ The Great Frog really helped me with my order. She replied to my enquiries very promptly and not only made a ring for my daughter’s 21st but also engraved it beautifully inside for me too! It came really promptly too and exquisitely gift wrapped in black tissue, then inside a black velvet pouch and finally placed in a black box. This is a great shop if you want more bespoke, unique solid pieces of jewellery but in smaller female sizes. Most other jewellers that stock heavier designs, only provide pieces in very large sizes. I really recommend The Great Frog for its great customer care and choice of designs. One day we hope to visit!

Visited GF East in Shoreditch today to get my engagement ring resized, they were extremely helpful and knowledgable in every aspect. My fiancé and I got our ring sizes measured and we also tried on a few other pieces! Now I want to buy everything! I had an excellent experience and I can't wait to revisit them in future.

As a long-term customer of their first store (Opened in 1972 / Carnaby St) it's great to see this UK expansion in Shoreditch.
The store itself is phenomenal (as with all incarnations of the original) with a range of TGF's classics to some amazing new pieces.
Want 'Heavy' they've got it, want petite or intricate for your lady it's there too...
The staff as always are super knowledgeable, super kind and reminiscent of the original crew back in the day.
Summing up :
It's hard to find a company nowadays that hasn't forsaken quality of product and staffing when expanding locations.
TGF has always been the best in the game and has maintained it's standards for 48 years.

Like the old carnaby store used to be with cabinets full of handmade jewellery and macarbe curios. The playboy harley is worth checking out and you have to try your luck on the £5 gumball machine where you could win jewellery! (Ebery go wins a prize worth at least your stake) also grab a coffee from dark arts coffee co.
