The Lawson Practice

I’ve been with this GP for years and all the experience are good. Easy to inquire online (but still need to book via phone), and normally can get an appointment within a week. They update notes and test result on the NHS app very frequently and in detail.

Using the online request to get a call back or appointment was easy and self explanatory.
Thank you for the quick response from the health team at the Lawson Practice. I was able to get my appointment brought forward by an informative receptionist. Today the team of staff was lovely warm and welcoming all round. I felt reassured by my doctors with respect and explanation of my health

Lawson Practice staff are consistently really helpful. The whole team is brilliant, and reliably responsive. Of course, the NHS cuts in funding place constraints on service, which creates stresses
for staff, but the human interactions and overall ethos remain admirable.

From the courteous scheduling of your GP's appointment to the actual home visit, it's evident that their commitment to patient care shines through. The professionalism displayed by the doctor during his visit further highlights the quality of care provided. My positive feedback is a testament to their dedication to excellence.

Excellent treatment by the nurse I saw. She was professional and kept me fully informed about the treatment she provided me with. She was also very warm and personable. All together a pleasant experience. I feel so fortunate to be a patient at the Lawson Practice, especially given the terrible pressures the NHS is under these days. Thank you

Dr Raj is the best practitioner in Lawson, she has a lot of patients and she is very professional. She cares for people and is kind. Dr Ali is very good also. I am very happy with their help and support. Also, a shout out for the admin team whose are always helping and addressing anything you need. They are friendly, kind and very hardworking too. Thank you all.

At the time when there is so much bad press about GP practices, I feel incredibly lucky to have the Lawson Practice as my provider of health services. They are polite, efficient and professional. Thank you

I am so happy that my GP is back.
It's refreshing to have a GP that is familiar with your history and cares about people generally and genuinely .

She is a really great doctor who also has a brilliant bedside manner. I had been waiting a long time for a referral and as soon as my GP came back and took over my care again, within a week the ball was rolling.

I have been going through a life changing situation for over a year now, and just having Dr Ceila back has really been helping me adjust to this new normal and gives me a little comfort.

Although my situation is temporary, I may have a long recovery time and I am glad she's here to support me through as my GP.

Lucky to get an appointment after phone consultation yesterday morning (5/2/2024) Doctor wanted see me in person that day. Nearly cried off but knew I had to go despite my anxieties.

The Lawson Practice has got a very good team from receptionists to GPs. Everyone in the surgery is supportive of everything you take to them. Over the last two years, I've gone through so much with my health. I couldn't ask for better doctor surgery. I can say that the Lawson practice has amazing doctors and the reception are very friendly and respectful too. Always helpful. Thank you so much. My GP is one of the most caring Doctors in the world. I have been feeling the lowest for the past few months. If I don't have support from the team I don't think I will be here to write this. Thank you so much. The receptionist from the last practice was absolutely amazing in the way she spoke to me and encouraged me to pick myself up that day. Carly is absolutely amazing I just wanna say thank you and I wish we more had people like that every day.

The Lawson practice is a one of the best Practices in hackney.Their good services and attentions to their patient made me more active.
My every appointment was good.
Doctors and Health visitors are really concerned about their patients and they tries good service as much as possible.Receptionist are more likely friends to the patients and shows good behave to every patients,parents and children as well.

In above all,there are good facilities for playing and toys for children.

From my little experience,The Lawson Practice is the best practice.

I’ve only had very positive experiences at the Lawson clinic.
They are very responsive if you request a call.
Appointments are set up as quickly as possible.
I’ve been in for a smear and iud replacement and I must say it has been the most relaxed I have felt during both which is down to the doctors who treated me. I would highly recommend this practice.

I completed the online form and about an hour later a Dr gave me a called to ask me to go to the practice for them to see my baby.
Dr was very clear and suggested further action if my baby did not get better which was very reassuring.

Going to the doctors is never easy option but the Lawson practice is a Really good service. Doctors and staff are positive and friendly. I was walking around with two types of cancer with out knowing until the doctor thought something was wrong. I was sent for investigations and treatment. I am now cancer free. The Lawson practice is an Excellent service undeniably and my experience of using the service has been excellent.

The lovely lady that attended to me this morning was full of compassion and kindness. I did not get her name else I'd shout out to her to be appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful ways you help people, and please, keep being you x

Dr Celia and Dr Morgan have been tremendously helpful over the last year. I cannot fault the quality of care I am receiving with consultations, tests, and follow ups by these ladies. I am truly grateful.

I find the Lawson Practice really good and Dr Raj is particularly kind and patient with my elderly mother. If I lived in the area I would definitely make it my GP surgery.

I have been struggling with very severe anxiety for a while now, and every time I have a meeting with him, he makes me feel comfortable and safe and supported , so that he changes my day for the better .
