We came here for dinner and shisha on a Friday night and had a brilliant experience! Staff were very friendly and attentive. The shisha was smooth, the flavour didn’t last as long as other places but it was still great and good value. The food was incredible. We had the mixed grill and everything but the bread was exceptional. The chops were amazing. The bread was the only downside - it was exactly like cardboard, we couldn’t eat it. And the knives were blunt which made cutting our food tricky.
The peppermint tea was presented really nice too!
As it was Friday night there was fun entertainment too - a fire eater / dancer and some silver characters dancing.
I’d definitely return.

Visited Rakkas for the second time last week Saturday, the gorgeous hostess Alina showed us to our table she was very friendly and hospitable and really made you feel at ease and relaxed. The other waiting staff were really happy and engaging in particular a lady with dark hair I cannot remember her name she was lovely. The atmosphere was amazing we loved the entertainment the lady with the flames and the two dancers with their futuristic outfits and dance moves, The food was extremely delicious and you cannot fault the flavours! I had rib eye steak cooked to perfection, the sea-bass was amazing! The starters exquisite. I had previously visited the sheisha lounge and absolutely loved the atmosphere with its beautiful lighting effects and decor, the sheisha itself was amazing! Being local to the area this restaurant really has elevated the area to another level, last but not least we must not forget SJ Magic the magician who is there Fridays and Sundays, he is super entertaining and knows how to work the crowd! I recommend everyone should visit experience, eat and be entertained! Keep up the good work Rakkas!

We had amazing experience for my sister birthday and we had Mo as a waiter and he made our visit quite one of a kind. As well as the woman Elaine she was absolutely welcoming lovely service and amazing food and service from the restaurant crew.

It was my first time at Rakkas today and I really enjoyed my experience. I was satisfied with the service provided. From the menu I ordered Calamari, Adana, Chili Prawns and mixed grill, it was good portions and very tasty. I also had shisha which was good. Great atmosphere and music too. They also had a fire show which was awesome. Great entertainment. Definitely recommended.

Ismael best server in Rakkas !!! I chose wrong item but he fixed everything, very attentive and professional! We will be back soon because of his service. Amaretto sour was very tasty, food is good but asked for recommendations and trust your waiter!

I went there for a birthday celebration and it was a nice experience. The layout, decor and entertainment is great. The cooking could go up a notch but it was a pass . Amazing looking restaurant with modern decor.

This is literally the best Turkish breakfast I’ve had in London and I’ve had a few . Everything was fresh and prepared there and then for you .
The place was so aesthetically pleasing , inside the main eating area and also the lounge.
The staff were really accommodating and very polite.
Can’t wait to come back I want to eat it all again .

This is still by far my favourite shisha spot in London. The vibe and service is always on point and the staff are friendly.

I went to Rakkas for the first time as part of a large group celebrating a birthday. The staff were really friendly and very attentive, when it came to the service. They really went the extra mile in making sure the Birthday I was there celebrating went as smoothly as possible with bringing out the cake and providing dry ice smoke. The waitress that served me provided lots of good options for drinks as I was unsure what to go with and food arrived very quickly after ordering. The food was nice and very filling - I had no complaints 👌🏾

Loved this place , food was banging atmosphere was great and service was fast and attentive. 10/10 deffo recommend.

We used the restaurant for my birthday and the experience was absolutely amazing! We had a magician come and show us a bunch of amazing tricks and the food was delicious and 100% worth the price but what really made the experience was our waiter , Mo. He was amazing ! He came to us so fast and helped our every need he was so funny and delightful and the experience surely wouldn't have been the same without him. If I'm honest id revisit just for Mo! One of my guests didn't like their food - Mo offered to have it changed to something she would like. He described the dishes to us to help us pick what we wanted and kept us laughing the whole night ! I would 1000% recommend here for a guaranteed nice night out and if you get Mo as your waiter then you're extra lucky!

My first time at Rakkas today (lounge) and it was amazing! Beautiful place way better in person than I imagined. Ambience and music was amazing. The female host at the entrance sooo friendly and sweet. Excellent service! In fact incredible service from Ismel, which I hope I spelt correctly. Ismel was so amazing super friendly and just overall great service. It’s Halloween themed and they had a magician come to our table which was fantastic and do fun loved it. The food was well seasoned and tasty. Fast service and so organised. Thank you for a lovely evening just wished you stayed open later because we were having a great time :)

Honestly I only took videos of the food but I definitely would recommend this restaurant without a doubt! From the minute I stepped through the doors the service was amazing and quick! Food was really good I have given it a 4/5 simply because I just didn’t try a variety of meals. Entertainment was great with dancers and fire dancers coming out. The birthday service was epic which kept the atmosphere also at an all time high. I didn’t get to try the shisha section but the lady took me in there and well I’ll be going back there for sure!

Always seen this place driving by, but today we had planned to visit another restaurant a favourite of ours in Green Lanes and gave it a miss to try this place.

Perfection across all areas not a single fault from decor of the restaurant, to customer services, to food preparation/presentation.

I would would say probably one of the best experiences I have shared with anyone, today was even more special due to being my Birthday.

One recommendation only to the owners, if someone’s celebrating Birthday, Anniversaries etc offer something small as always goes down well.

Everything was really good. Best calamari I’ve had. Great place for a special occasion.
Staff were really nice and attentive.

Had the celebration of my cousin 27th Birthday. The whole family joined in. We were very Lound and noisy but not one second the restaurant interrupted and had a good reception with all of us. The food was very tasty and we highly recommend. The advantages pf this location is the retail car park just opposite the street where you can leave your car parked for up to 2 and 1/2 hours.

Amazing place to chill, dine, relax, and be yourself!!!
We were a group of 11 with 3 birthdays, service and attention to detail was on point. Not to mention the 2 chocolate birthday cakes we were given, on top of the red velvet slice for the birthday girls!!!
Shisha was lovely, food was tasty, (although I can't recommend the tomato pasta (slightly dry and just hot (chilli's)!) Other than that, we ordered nearly everything, and was amazing!
Thank you to all the staff who served us and allowed us to sit tight to the very very end!!!
