Medivet Croydon

I have been taking my dogs to this practice for almost three years and they have always been very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. when I take my pets to be seen by the vet here, I know they will be checked over, receive a diagnosis and receive the best treatment.
I have recommended them to many people and I would recommend them to any pet owner that asks me. Excellent practice!

The staff were great and treated me and my lovely cat with dignity, respect and kindness. We have been their patients for 5 years now and we never regret. The staff are fantastically experienced and very kind. Every time we visit them, we leave absolutely grateful.
I would like to mention their payment system as well. Every time I visit them, they have easy payment options. Last time, they even offered me one of the best flexible payment options I’ve ever been offered by any business.
To conclude, they’re just outstanding professionals.

Easy to book an appointment, I explained my concern and they put me in the same day which I appreciated a lot, my kitty cat had a sensitive tummy but I just wanted to make sure she wasn't ill or something else, the vet was amazing, he was friendly with my Lucy and made sure she was comfortable.

So kind, caring and understanding. I felt completely safe leaving my dog for his operation. Which went perfectly. A1 experience for him, and me!

Really friendly staff, obviously care about your pets and your worries, amazing vet, very thorough.

Been to Addiscombe branch 3 times and each time it was a different vet but good. Nurse/receptionist Jo is fantastic and so knowledgeable, even remembers my cats name which makes a huge difference.

This practice is amazing. I was unable to get an appointment a couple of weeks ago last minute so i went to another vets in Croydon. The other vet was so unhelpful and expensive. A week later my dog was still unwell so I bit the bullet and booked to go see Medivet Croydon although money was tight for the month. Its been two days since i saw the vet at Medivet and my dog has nearly recovered. Not only was the vet amazing the lady on the front desk was lovely. I can't remember her name it may be Jo. Thank you all so much you can really see you have a passion for what you do and care. 10/10 amazing people.

I phoned and said how sick my dog was they saw him straight away we had to put digby to sleep but I can not be more great full the staff were amazing so kind and very understanding and helped us through such a very hard decision thank you all so much

It's such a lovely Vet. Friendly staff, clean practice. Glad we found this vet. They send out reminders and emails to keep you updated and help you keep track. Very happy with them. From a happy Cat owner

All the staff are wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and really helpful. I feel my cat couldn't be better cared for and treated as an individual. Always happy to answer questions and help me look after him as best I can - which is great for me as my cat was a stray I was totally unprepared for! Excellent service and totally worth every penny to know my cat is happy, safe and healthy.

We’ve been with this vets practice for 23 years. They have seen us through all sorts of cat, dog & hamster emergencies & have never failed to disappoint. They care so much & always know which one of our multiple animals we are talking about even from saying the first name of the pet! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

All your staff, reception and veterinary staff are wonderful. They always go that extra mile to make this the best vet practice I've ever had. The staff always recognise both me and my pets by name, they remember the histories of the animals and go out of their way to make me and my pets feel safe and well treated. I have absolutely to cause for concern that my pets are getting the very best care and attention.

I have been using this vet practice since 2000 for our 4 cats and their service is fantastic. Lovely caring staff, the vets and veterinary nurses, and high quality, professional service. Thoroughly recommended. Our elderly cat was very well cared for in his last year, he had a number of problems and Dean was on top of his health issues and managed Luca's health in a professional and high quality way, I couldn't have asked for more. The vets also have a great sense of humour, which is especially endearing when they are faced with cats who just don't like going to the vets! They are all very helpful and sympathetic and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Right from the first call to register, their appointment process (Confirmed by text message) and more importantly, the vet who saw both of our Labs back-to-back, Medivet really do seem to have their act together and are excellent.

They are also the ONLY vets ever to have provided a receipt for the treatments that explained every single cost right on the receipt. Clear as day.

So happy that our labs have found such a great vet!

Great practice, friendly staff and very kind and careful with my kittens. I’m registered with the Dulwich branch but was most convenient to go to the Croydon branch on this occasion. As with Dulwich, very professional and I would trust them wholeheartedly with my cats health.

If you are looking for genuinely carrying vets this is the place for you. I use to go to the Croydon Veterinary Surgery but after missdiagnosing my pet and trying to make hundreds on me, Medivet is my new vet.

My outdoor cat had poisoning- lack of food intake or water and fever. I called the vets and the same day I had an appointment. I was seen on time, even 3minutes before, and was seen by very nice, caring vet called Magda.

After examination she was straight to the point, delivering the message confidently showing great knowledge she has. I was very impressed as again this is unlike at the Croydon Surgery where they don't know, don't care and just want to charge you as much as they can.

The price at Medivet was very reasonable looking at how much medical treatment he had received.

Needles to say the same evening my kitty started getting his strength back after the treatment administered by Magda.
I am extremely grateful for her saving my cat and will definitely be back from now on. Thank you Team and Magda.
