I love the lines of Tracey’s shoes. Elegantly transitioned from foot to leg. I’m frequently asked about her shoes, now 4 pair strong in my closet! Ankle Boot, small heel, sneaker and mule…all are more consistently comfortable than any brand I have purchased. Colour range is great! I have black, grey and hot pink! So happy for your success, Tracey!

From my very first Tracey Neuls boots(long time ago) I am A big fan of this faaaantastic designer, her attention to form, material, details and quality. My latest boots with horse/ cow heal is simply great!!!

I went to the Tracey Neuls shop in Marylebone to buy some replacement laces for boots I'd bought a couple of years ago. Whilst browsing, I saw a beautiful pair of emerald green lace-up boots and when I tried them on, they were so comfortable, I decided to buy the orange pair as well! I love both pairs! Thank you

I love my Tracey Neuls shoes! They bring me complete comfort from the first wearing. The styles are unique and appear to be custom made. Customer Service is prompt, courteous and personal. In sum, I never tire of my wonderful Tracey Neuls experience!

I love the shoes I've bought from Tracey Neuls. I get constant compliments on my neon-pink-patent geeks, and my purple geeks with fluorescent green laces. Comfortable out of the box, and surprisingly hard wearing.

Writing from Australia. I just love love love my new smoke Holzers. I bought a blue pair of Holzers when visiting London two years ago and they are my #1 shoe for comfort and comments! So I was thrilled to see on the website that a new version of the Holzer had been released, meaning I could buy a black version in size 42. Tracey Nuels’ shoes are very special and my only problem with them is that I can’t afford to buy all the ones I’m currently coveting. Getting the size 42s isn’t easy. I love the nice notes from the TN team when I open the box!

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Tracey Neuls; the experience has always been positive in every way. Their staff is professional and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. They also give good advice on sizing...though I do now have that figured out, thanks to them. I look forward to purchasing more shoes and related articles from them in the future.

I bought these Mary Jane’s back in 2014? They are worn regularly and get lots of compliments! I tell people they are from my favourite shoe designer ever! - Tracey Neuls! I also bought some shoes called Vee?(beige and black) In 2016 which are still in rotation and cause people to notice. I follow the website even though I have been back in Australia for years but every time I put on my shoes I think of that lovely shop in Marylebone Lane and the shoes hanging by nylon thread from the ceiling. The magical experience of walking around and being able to touch them and view from eye level!!

After enduring years of dull leftovers in high street shoe shops, Tracey Neuls shoes are a breath of fresh air to those of us with size 42 feet. We can be stylish again with no compromise on comfort. Geeks are my favourite. I still have my first pair bought many years ago, finally worn thin and retired from active duty (see photo). Suitable for work and leisure, the Geek complements the feet and legs of any wearer with colours and patterns to suit any taste. I am on my feet all day without a problem. The fluorescent strip on my shoe boots draws admiring complements and for those who cycle, it's another chance to retain some style on the move.

The staff in the Marylebone Road shop are always welcoming and very helpful.

Tracey Neuls is the very BEST shoe shop in Town. Tracey's shoes are one of a kind. If you want to challenge the status quo then go to Tracey Neuls. The shoes never date, and they maintain their good looks. Attention to detail is lavished on each style. The shoes are both iconic and extremely comfortable. Before Tracey Neuls I never thought I'd get those two words to marry in one sentence about any shoe!

Put simply : I love Tracey neuls shoes but I just wish they made more of them !!! I have about 9 pairs and particularly like the colour range of ‘Karl’, they’ve given back colour to men 😊

Always happy to visit one of the shops of Tracey Neuls but I’m especially fond of Marylebone Line one. Staff is always very helpful and with great knowledge about shoes and product in general.
Tracey Neuls design is outstanding, they last for years and I truly love them!
