JOL sorted out the mess left by an awful previous roof contractor in a Victorian semidettached house. They changed half of the roof tiles, built new gutters and roof soffit, and went beyond to incorporate reclaimed brickwork were needed in the facade. When additional work was deemed necessary (repairs to the coping of the party wall), the cost was agreed in advance, and carried out within the expected time. JOL also carried out paint works to the facade and windows.

I highly recommend JOL and will use them again.

A truly professional service from start to finish I have recommended JOL ROOFING to several friends and relatives and would use this company again.

Quoted us for a gutter job after site visit, we accepted then he subsequently tried to increase quote.

He then installed an unapproved feature and charged us for it.

Left site unfinished. Cable on wall left unattached/ hanging from building. Left heavy bag of material. Did not return despite chasing.

Chased frequently with slow or no response.

The job on fascia board and guttering front and rear of property, and the re-point on side wall however look good.

Comes across as likeable but unprofessional, from quote to communication and execution of job.
