This practice is a real gem.

Words cannot describe the feeling I felt having received such wonderful treatment. Indeed, if you and your pet want to feel pampered this is the place to go. Chris on reception and Dr Amrit the vet are the duo I never knew I needed. They were both exceptionally polite, warm and above else clearly care about animals (and the owners too). Fantastic advice from both and extremely knowledgeable, personable and funny even on a Friday morning. They are compassionate about animals and take your pets welfare extremely seriously and provide the customer with the exact amount of information they require so effortlessly. If I don’t see more of the fab duo I’d be so disappointed. Fantastic customer service which any person or pet would be delighted to receive. You are both setting the standard and I am so glad I bought my pet here to this branch.

Took in a stray cat to be neutered after Cat Protection provided me with a voucher. The care has been great, all the staff were friendly and obviously care for the animals. The surgery and post operation visits were very smooth and informative. I'm really happy I have found this place! Thank you for everything!

The best professional vet in London was above and beyond my expectations very clean waiting area the receptionist Chris was very welcoming and very helpful answering all’s my questions as well saule the vet dr.Hinnah who took great professional care of my dog she’s very knowledgeable in her job very informative answering all’s my

Very friendly practice - reception staff are very welcoming and the practice is always clean and a nice place to visit. The vets are all nice, and take time to listen to any concerns you have. Have recommended them to family as they are so good

The staff were professional and friendly and it was a stress-free experience apart from anxiety about the fact that she had to be scanned to find out the original owner. I am sceptical about the 'science' and while the very nice vets may well be innocent about the process I don't think the cat has a chip inside her - although I suppose if she does it is ethical in case the animals are removed to where they can't physically return home.

A very professional experience staff very kind and thoughtful

Thank you for all of you team and for the commitment you show towards my cats. One of my cats was having a problem with his urinary tract and even if they were extremely busy they manage to squeeze us for a consult. They came up with a plan to make him better and gave me the recommendations and the resources to do it. I defenetly suggest to enroll your pet with them, because they will always put the wellbeing of your pet first. Thanks again to your team and for your new member Chris that helped in the process.

Every visit to this vet is great - the staff are so polite and caring. The staff understand the anxieties faced by new pet owners and they do all they can to make it easier and manageable. I am always confident that when I visit Medivet, my pets are being really well looked after and are getting the best care.

Brilliant and kind vet. My dog had been stung by an insect yesterday. She was so distressed and upset.
I called Medivet Kingsbury... my dog was seen within an hour and given antihistamine injection. She was almost immediately relieved. This vet was kind professional and empathetic. I’m so impressed I will hopefully register as a regular and have all further care here for my fur baby.

Finally I found the perfect vet for my cat!

Very welcoming of us, and we feel really supported as new pet owners. Really happy we decided to join Kingsbury Medi Vet.
They were super friendly and informative on the phone, easy to make an appointment and explained all our options for our cat's health plan.
Really understanding when we were late for our appointment as we couldn't get out cat in her carrier, were still accepting of us when we arrived super late for the appointment right at the end of the day. Really good at communicating how the appointment, felt they were open and honest (due to COVID we weren't allowed in.)
They were super helpful giving useful hints and tips when we were researching insurance options.

Your staff are always so lovely and friendly. They always act as if they know my pets and myself personally and if I see them around locally they are quite happy to stop for a chat. My dog and my cat have both only been in for spaying fortunately but both seemed to be well loved and cared for during their short stay.

Took my bulldog in for weeping & swelling in-between his toes turns out it was grass seeds, the vet was absolutely amazing could not be happier with the way my bulldog was treated, friendly, caring & attentive. Was given advise on how to prevent the same issue repeating.

Leslie is great and always puts your mind at ease. The opposite of a recent experience of what they had in medivet a while ago. She was very reassuring and found more convenient ways for me (although a little more dearer) to treat my lovely dog, who's is feeling much better now! Thanks Leslie and Medivet Kingsbury, I do hope that's the standard of how all the staff are now being developed!
