Medivet South Harrow

Great practice we a great team from the lady at reception to all the vets and there team. I've brought my dog Ash here twice as I've recently moved area. In the past vets felt it was all about the money but here they are all about my bog extremely professional and friendly. I'd definitely recommend. Well done Medivet South Harrow. This is the most friendly and professional vet I've been to. My dog and cat has been well cared for here and they haven't let me down with prompt treatment and friend staff.

Nicola in particular has been so helpful in treating my pets and even our nervous dog is excited to come and get treats from the reception staff and nurses.

Our pets are more than just pets, their happiness and wellbeing is a priority to us. All our pets are registered here Nicola is amazing and goes the extra mile for them. She takes time to explain to us procedures and treatments which are beneficial to our pets and ensures their utmost safety at all times. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Medivet South Harrow , and I am delighted to share my positive experience. From start to finish, the service provided was exceptional, and I left feeling satisfied and grateful for the care my puppy received.

The staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel comfortable right away. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the well-being of the animals and were passionate about their work.

When it came to my puppy's treatment, I couldn't have asked for better care. The veterinarians and technicians handled my furry friend with love and gentleness. They took the time to thoroughly examine my puppy and explain the necessary procedures or treatments. Their expertise and professionalism were evident, and it reassured me that my puppy was in good hands.

One aspect that particularly impressed me was the punctuality of my appointment. They respected my time and ensured that I was seen promptly. This level of efficiency made the entire experience even more pleasant and convenient.

We have had rather below average experiences with different Medivet clinics however the South Harrow clinic has been amazing so far. Very easy to get hold of them over the phone, we haven't experienced excessively long wait times. The vet we had was also very good at explaining everything to my grandparents so they understood everything.

We have been with Medivet for over a year as my cat has diabetes. The staff is very friendly here. They do care about pets' health, and they are always happy to answer questions and are very helpful. I strongly recommend them

We chose this practice for our new rescue cat this year due to its excellent reviews and we’re very pleased we did. Everyone at the practice clearly cares so much for the animals they are looking after. Nicola is a brilliant and knowledgeable vet and has been fantastic with our boy who arrived with a long term condition we weren’t aware of that isn’t covered by our insurance as it’s pre-existing. She’s been completely up front about treatments that could be recommended but are highly unlikely to work and expensive. We had some reasonably costly tests done but again she was not at all pushy, explained the benefits and limitations and the decision whether to go ahead was entirely ours. She’s followed up with us by telephone a few times and always patiently answers all my questions and is so helpful. I’m not sure Richard is going to forgive her for saying he had ‘rolls’ today when discussing his weight though!

I have been coming here with my cat for the past 4 years and am always greeted by helpful and friendly faces. Nicola (the vet) is very knowledgeable and really cares about both her patients and clients. The consults never feel rushed as she takes time to listen to any concerns you have about your pet before thourougly checking them over whilst explaining everything. Despite being really busy, the team are always happy to help and when we had an emergency, they squeezed us in and got us seen as soon as possible. With the healthcare plan they offer, my cat's vaccines, flea+worm treatments are always up to date. You get sent reminders when they're due and just need to phone up to get an appointment.
Highly recommend this practice and really appreciate all the efforts of the staff!

I recently visited Medivet South Harrow practice that left a lasting impression on me. This particular vet clinic is highly professional, and their knowledge about animal health is remarkable. What impressed me the most is their ability to diagnose problems accurately, with their diagnosis being spot on every time.

What I appreciated the most is that they are not sale-oriented and offer cheaper products or procedures that are also suitable. They care about their patients and offer a personal approach to pet care. They remember your pet and their unique needs. They explain the results of tests in a very understandable way, and they always answer calls within 2-3 rings or call back promptly.

The surgery is clean and inviting, and the receptionists are friendly with excellent customer service skills. They process insurance claims immediately, which is a great relief during stressful times.

Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. They truly care about their patients and their owners, and their professionalism and knowledge are unmatched.

Update on previous review as I had only been to this vets once at that point (and it was already 5 stars). Nicola (apologies if misspelt) always makes me feel very comfortable leaving my boys in her care. This is a vet that really cares and always gives you far more detail than most vets do. She is extremely knowledgable and compassionate. The later of which is actually hard to find in a vet. If you have a dog that is terrified of vets, Nicola will do everything to make them comfortable. I am moving in a couple of weeks but I will still be bringing my boys here.
