Goddard Veterinary Group, Greenford

The team at Goddard vet group in Greenford are absolutely fantastic. Our dog, Lilly, recently underwent surgery with them. The service and support at the surgery was beyond amazing. Our dog can be highly anxious and the team went above and beyond to support her when she was distressed after the surgery. Phoebe is such a fantastic vet. She provides such caring, transparent, and skilled care to animals. Lisa has always been so warm and welcoming on arrival. I never would have expected our dog to look forward to vet trips but she genuinely wags her tails when she gets out the car there. Honestly cannot recommend the team enough. Thank you all for being such a wonderful and supportive practice!

Just like to say the girls at Goddards Vet on Oldfield Lane, Lisa and Phoebe always pleasant and nice to speak to him very helpful. Always straining to me. I want to choose my medication and really pleasant when I meet the dogs like they were on their own. Recommend it to anyone

Excellent emergency out of hours service from the staff for their expert care and compassion for my dog Millie after she was injured in an accident. The Vet Dr Katarzyna kept me up to date about her progress throughout the night and I was very reassured she was in safe hands. I am so grateful to all those who took such great care of Millie. My sister brought her dogs and cats here previously and was always happy with their service too. I highly recommend.

My rescue dog Moomin has been registered with the greenford branch for the last 6 years. Generally the service we have received has been good, but last couple of weeks when poor Moomin was in crisis, the input from the regular vet Phoebe and regular nurse Lisa was ok of high standard and extremely reassuring for me. It made a difference dealing with staff that know me and Moomin well. Their support and input led to Moomin recovering from the crisis and is doing really well

Honestly the nicest vets practice I have been to. Lisa is an absolute angel and the perfect first point of contact person at the practice.

We had Maevis, our Dachshund, spayed just before Christmas and the practice was excellent. She had great care and as there were not other pets at the practice Maevis got to sit in the private area with Phoebe and Lisa which is a lovely space and like someone's living room. Also rather hilarious pink jumpsuit meant no collar of shame!

If my dog was younger I would change from my current vets in North London too. Really really impressed with Goddard Vets in Greenford. Can't fault them.

Fantastic vets, Phoebe and Lisa were amazing with our little dog Penny. We moved Penny over to Australia with us recently and Phoebe and Lisa made a really stressful process much easier. They were always so kind to us and so professional, I never felt worried when Penny was with them as they were always reassuring throughout. Penny is going to miss this vets, as are we! It’s hard to find a practice you can trust but this is certainly one of them. Thank you both again xx

Amazing, friendly and caring vets! Our kitten is the first pet I've ever had and so have never had experience with vets before. But my experience with the vets here has been amazing. They're so helpful and take such good care of the pets. Highly recommend

I have been using this vets for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of the staff are extremely friendly, caring and compassionate, especially Lisa and Phoebe. Each visit, they have gone the extra mile to ensure all of my animals have been nurtured and cared for! They’re really accommodating and even our anxious cats enjoy a visit with Lisa and Phoebe. Couldn’t recommend this vets anymore!

This surgery has provided exceptional service in what has been such a difficult time. They have remained professional, caring, friendly and committed to providing the best care for our gorgeous animals. The team here are just brilliant, we honestly recommend them to friends and family when talking about vets etc. What is helpful for us is the Proactive pet plan. It helps us financially and gives us reassurance for our pet. Big shout out to Lisa, Phoebe and the team here!

I always recommend this practice to anyone wanting a good vet! Phoebe, Lisa & the team offer a warm welcome each visit, and take the time to ensure each pets needs are met. They give excellent advice & support, I have really appreciated their support when one of my cats has been unwell, or for keeping them well and happy. Under the current challenging Covid conditions and rules they have done everything they can to still serve our pets. Thank-you for all that you do 😊

So pleased that I recently discovered this practice for my kitten. The staff are very friendly, caring and professional. The place is very clean. There is parking adjacent to the building.
