I had excellent customer service here with the lovely Sabrina, she was vert helpful with my 2 click & collect orders and an exchange of some Valentino shoes.

Great store and great art space downstairs

Make sure to visit the immersive gallery in the store...with proper Art Deco style staircase and mind blowing exhibits on walls from digital artists, I lost the track of time. If you're having an emotional day this maybe one of those spots where you can drift away..!
PS- get signed up when you're there to receive updates for new exhibitions as they change every 3-4 weeks.

The men’s shop is fantastic. The Womens is a bit same old same old. The screens in the basement are ok for 5 mins but as my friend said “it looks like a bunch of screensavers” - and yes it actually is. Amazing creed perfume counter. Great sneakers and displays mainly for men. Generally was glad I went to see the video screens because I guess I wouldn’t have bothered go there otherwise but they are a one off hit, I wouldn’t go there again for that reason but I would go to look at the men’s stuff. So I guess that’s a win for flannels and the joke is on me.

Got my dream Balenciaga denim jacket for only £489!! 🤩

I’ve been craving for this Balenciaga embroidered denim jacket for ages. So so so happy that Flannels offered nearly 50% discount.

I placed the order on Sunday afternoon, and this beautiful jacket arrived on Monday morning. Incredibly fast!

If you're a Photographer or Videographer, it's almost impossible to walk past here without quickly going in to have a look.

A Great Clothes Shop with high Class well known very fashionable clothes Trainers/Jackets/Trousers/Shirts and Accessories all Top Brand Items. And in the massive basement they hold many free installation events. Have a look around you will be sorely tempted to buy something!!!

Amazing service, I am really sorry I can not remember the young black gentleman’s name who helped me.
However he had a lovely name I think from SA. Anyway his service was 10/10. He really went out of his way to help me and make ordering via the iPad so easy.
Highly recommend just on service alone.
The store was lovely and quiet and had everything you needed in there it was very clean.

Went for the Beyoncé x Balmain exhibit and the layout is perfect for the constant flow of traffic. The line was long but moved pretty quickly with the help of a great security team. And I secured great merchandise!!

Very executive shopping experience to day the least! I was greeted at the door and wished a warming farewell by a very well mannered doorman. Shopping assistants were very considerate and attentive of my needs on any day I’ve shopped there. Spoiled for choice when it came to my favourite designers like Virgil Abloh with Off-White & The Original Moon Boots & was even granted a 20% discount on my next purchase! Will be shopping here for years to come as long as the manager remains the same!

I went into the store today in Oxford Street and was met by Hannah on the shop floor. HANNAH has exceptional people skills and was umbeliveably helpful.

What a fantastic service from the young gentleman: Phoenix was brilliant from start to finish. Going the extra mile to find the right sizing and style advice. He has great product knowledge and is a pleasure to interact with, he is a natural and a great salesman! 5 stars all around !!!

I came to Flannels in Oxford Street a few weeks ago as I needed to pick something up very last minute. I made a order in store (so it is delivered to me) and was served by Zanson. I left the store and later realised I wanted something amended on the order and I didn’t want the hassle of ordering again and getting it delivered two different times. Flannels has some terms and conditions to all of their purchases which are very different to other retailers and can be quiet frustrating. Once I came back to the store I spoke to Zanson and told him that I needed to make some changes to my order although it seemed quiet impossible as i might have had to make a new order. Zanson tried his very best, made a few calls for me and actually managed to sort out my request. It’s always nice when a staff goes that extra mile and I don’t think I’ve seen someone go that extra mile like this for a long time. Just want to say Zanson Plummer was great, you can see he loves what he does and wants to always help people with pretty much anything, I’m sure all the staff know this and his hard work never goes unnoticed 👍🏻

Today Mr Omar( FLANNELS , Oxford Circus Manager) was very helpful and professional , as he solved our problem in tracing our delayed order & managed to follow up & get it for us. Without his help, we had to travel without our items. He was patient, listening to us & served us with a smile , thank you again Mr Omar for making us happy 🙏
