Really wonderful vets. Treated my cat and I so well and efficiently. I was quite worried at the start but the practice is really calming for animals and the staff are wonderful and do everything they can to ensure you understand information and know what next steps are as well as cost effective treatments. I’m so grateful for their help.

When we got our first cat, lots of people recommended The Neighbourhood Vet and now we can see why. They have always been caring, friendly and helpful, with lots of useful advice. When our cat became quite poorly we were so impressed by the level of service and quality of care given to our cat by the whole team. It felt like the vets in charge really cared about our cat's health and progress and went the extra mile to get him back on his feet as soon as possible. The team there were also very helpful with our insurance claim and that side of things was simple and stress-free. I can't recommend The Neighbourhood Vets enough!

Such a lovely Vets’s and looked after my dog very well. First time coming and my dog needed surgery and they were lovely and my dog loved the nurse. Receptionists also very helpful and take the time to explain everything and answer questions. Felt in safe hands. Thank you

I'm always very nervous going new places but felt totally at ease. My children were welcomed to take part in the app. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The vet was very gentle with my cat. So much so she warmed to her. Totally recommended this vet and their pet plan

As a first time cat parents, The Neighbourhood Vet have been a fantastic vet. The staff are consistently friendly and happy to provide advice and answers to our questions - nothing seems too much for them. We have had our cats vaccinated, microchipped and neutered here and each time we've been very happy with the service and after care.

Always such a good experience when I bring my cats here. Their handling of AHCs to take your pets abroad is excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend!

Very friendly, professional and helpful vets whom I trust with my elderly cat. They even have a safe space in the waiting room for cats to keep anxiety at bay.

Lovely over the phone. Friendly in person. Professional and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Only one person allowed in per household with the pet, anyone else will need to wait outside.

My first time using this vet as I've moved. Registration was really easy and they got my cat booked in really quickly. Everyone was really friendly - reception staff welcoming, and the vet we saw was great, so calm and lovely to Little Cat who was really stressed. She explained everything to me. So yes great vet experience definitely recommend and will continue using them.

I love the neighbourhood vet and have been taking my miniature poodle there for 8 years now. All the vets she's seen take the time to talk much more broadly about her wellbeing than just a physical exam and they are thorough in their work. The practice is also human friendly too; bright, modern and welcoming receptionists! Highly recommend

We brought our greyhound in for a second opinion on dental work and were so impressed by Vet Alice's empathy, compassion, transparency and non-judgemental approach (any owner of a rescued race dog will know that this isn't always the case - sometimes vets assume the dog's old injuries or long term health issues are down to you) that we immediately switched to the practice.

Our dog had his dental procedure at the TNV a couple weeks later and again we were really impressed: the vets kept us in the loop throughout the day so we didn't have to worry, gave us detailed care instructions for when we took him home, scheduled follow ups and even called the next morning to see how he was.

And I can tell they must have treated our nervy old dog like a prince while he was with them, because by our final follow up appt, he was leaning against the vet nurse demanding his rubs when he'd once have tried to run away.

Would highly recommend if you're not sure about your current vet or looking for a practice for a new pet.

We've been coming to this vet with our kittens for c. 5 months now and everything has been faultless. The staff are very kind and friendly and take the time to explain everything well. They recently did the spay and neuter surgeries for the kittens and it seemed like they did a great job, as they recovered quickly and the incisions look neat. I also appreciated that they called me several times afterwards to check how the recovery was going. I would definitely recommend this vet to other cat owners in the area.

Just a lovely place, with incredibly thoughtful and dedicated vets who listened wonderfully! They offered a range of treatments and talked us through every option thoroughly, which was a big relief for a nervous pet owner!

Every time we have been here has been perfect. All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. They take good care of our cat and we really trust them. I can't fault this place! The pet plan they offer is very affordable and worth it.

Such a lovely vets-the vet I saw, Carl,was kind and patient with my questions and really gentle with Belle, our guinea pig. He was knowledgeable and honest about treatment options. I must mention the receptionist, who I think is called Rihanna, who was so friendly and nice to every pet and owner who came in. Going to the vet is often really stressful and they made it all seem much less awful! I would really recommend.
