Siobhan, Thomas and Nas made sure I got what I needed. It was a busy day with a few unruly customers ahead of me but they were dealt with professionally and swiftly. Before I knew it they were assisting me in my project, I'm no expert in the field but they gave me friendly professional advice and made sure I left with everything I needed to complete my task. Here I am a few days after having completed my project with a newfound confidence which I feel, I owe to them.

I am working out of my usual area so I am really pleased to get a really great service at this store. Im not one to normally write reviews but i must mention Chris.
She is always curtious, helpful and knowledgeable and of the toolstation IT system. She is a real asset to the company.

Just popped in on Saturday to pick up my online order. Was pleasantly suprised with the outstanding customer service. I needed to use the trolley ordered straight away and was helped with unpacking it and putting the wheels on, by a member of the staff, I believe her name might have been Chris, she was professional, helpful and polite. She even disposed of the packaging, all in all great service.

I had a great experience at this store. Siobhan, Nas and Thomas were really helpful. Everytime I had a question they were really knowledgeable about it and knew what they were doing. I'll definitely come again as it was an informative and interesting experince.

I was served by a lovely lady called Siobhan. Throughout my visit to the store, she was very accommodating and professional. She is deserving of a promotion because she is an expert in her field.

As an occasional shopper at Toolstation, finding products isn’t very easy. The staff suggested a couple options for a cooling fan. One of the staff members believe her name was Chris suggested a tower fan that I don’t ever regret buying now. Customer service was outstanding, definitely suggest Toolstation as a go to.
