Excellent from booking to my appointment which was the next day, receptionists were so polite helpful and friendly and the vet that examined Simba was lovely kind and so helpful Simba was at ease throughout his examination, thank you

I’m extremely happy with my visit! The receptionist staff and the vet were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
I got my appointment immediately after I called the clinic. I’m very happy to find this amazing exotic vet who treated my unwell Guinea pig. I visited one before, but they were not specialised with exotic animals like Guinea pigs and have my pet the wrong medicine and treatment.
I’m utterly grateful and thankful to this extraordinary vet lady , Julia who answered all of my questions, she dealt with the pets with loads of love , compassion and kindness. She is very knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and friendly.

Always quick and super friendly, I've never had an issue with this practice and would recommend them to any friends.

I have just moved my cat over to this clinic after a not so good experience with my last vet surgery.
We’re talking end of life care and you only get one go at doing this as kindly and humanely as possible.
So you need to trust your vet’s experience and honesty.
First visit - I feel relieved that I have found a vet who can communicate my cat’s condition to me and give me advice on how to proceed etc. I also want my cat to see the same vet and not a different face every-time.
I certainly would recommend this clinic above others in this area.

Always feel welcome and the team help with my dog who does not like going to the vet. Questions always answered in depth. Great communication as had a voicemail and follow up email.

Medivet we’re amazing in taking care of our little dog Sheldon before his travels to Australia! I had to register him for a short period, as my parents were looking after him. He had a couple of treatments beforehand and they were just brilliant in keeping in touch and ensuring all our needs were met. I can’t thank Nico and the team enough. It has been hard being away from him and having to wait until he can fly out here, but this team really out our minds at ease. Thank you all so much! 🥹

Came here as our usual vet practice was fully booked and it was an emergency appointment. Vet that saw my cat was lovely, very gentle with her and also very informative with me. The parking is a bit tricky around here which is the only con. The lady on reception was lovely too. Nice bunch of people who clearly care about animals.

Each Medivet practice is dependent on the staff that work there - I have been lucky to have a great staff team in Catford supporting me care for my 17 year old cat.

Nico and team are really wonderful - very helpful for humans to deal with and have taken great care of our dogs - past and present. Nico especially has been patient and good with dogs who aren’t great with strangers. The team is lovely, kind and do a great job!

Thank you for seeing Cloud and Tifa on Wednesday afternoon! The vet was very helpful and took great care of my kittens :)! She even helped me to clip their nails as they have been very hard for me to do alone at home. They caused multiple scratches on my arms and legs :S

Had Julia who was super sweet and diligent with my puppy. A lot further away from the previous Medivet & parking isn’t too bad (3mins walk from McDonalds) but totally worth it, got good vibes from staff! :)

The staff here are lovely, and clearly adore animals. Our dog literally pulls us through the door, and she has had all sorts of treatment - spaying, injections, several ear cleanings, and an eye operation. One of our cats was saved from a very serious osteosarcoma.

Alistair is an exceptional vet, who really gets to the bottom of the problem. He is also a fantastic surgeon - the wounds heal fast and our cat and dog have recovered swiftly.

This practice is probably one of the best vets I’ve been to.

Was my first time here the nurse (I believe she was) upon arrival gave me a leaflet about healthcare plan for my kitten.
The vet was late about 1 hour (which wasn’t an issue) as the nurse was feeding me loads of info that I didn’t even know about my Kitten.
Once the vet arrived very straight to the point with all questions I had. Very friendly and caring towards my kitten.
As I was leaving nurse asked me about pet insurance which I didn’t even know existed… very informative and wasn’t not at all forceful about it told me I was covered for 4 weeks for free after that I’d have to pay which was great and actually quite surprised that they’d do that. Booked my next appointment in 4 weeks! Very quick and efficient.

Overall great service, great attitude & atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Really good vet's practice. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I find they give balanced and personalised advice based on my dog's temperament. It doesn't feel like one size fits all.

Staff are very friendly & helpful & appointments are easy to book. We had both of our kittens neutered here and they were great both times & we felt that our cats were well looked after. Would recommend if you're looking for a vet in the area!

I had the best experience here! I have a 1.5 kg miniature Chihuahua, she's very delicate and tiny. The staff was the best I have had so far.
The lady that attended me in the front of house was very kind, even gave my dog some treats. Kudos to her, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name.

Bella, my dog, needed her vaccines and a routine check-up.
Katia was the vet that attended Bella, she was very patient, comforted Bella for a while and pet her before she began the exam as Bella was very scared.

Katia gave me very good recommendations regarding how I can improve Bella's health.
She treated her as she was a baby. I really loved the special treatment we both had.

Some other vets have been less patient and sometimes I'm concerned about Bella and I just need reassurance that I didn't get, It used to feel as a rush day in the NHS, 10 mins fast look, no deep explanation, no empathy, no connection with the dog.

Katia gave the VIP health experience. I totally trust her, she's very knowledgeable and you could feel she loves animals by the way she treats them.

Price wise is very reasonable, they even mentioned I could buy the meds for several courses together so I would save some money in the treatment.

I can't recommend this place enough. If you love you pets as if they were your children, this is the place to go :)
