Got the baby face laser for my acne and hyperpigmentation. I’ve only had one session so far but it’s helped a lot with my active acne already. My breakouts have reduced in size and frequency. Natasha has been really helpful and communicative with me about my concerns with my skin despite my anxieties surrounding it so you really are working with a person who is super knowledgeable and caring. Excited to see how my skin progresses over the next few sessions!

My skin now has this noticeable glow and the scarring is almost gone. I had my 3rd session recently which did not disappoint as expected and shall be booking my 4th one in a few weeks. I’ve been having monthly “flawless” facials with Natasha for 7 months now and would wholeheartedly recommend. I had to skip a month once and I really noticed the difference when I went without and will try not to do that again! The benefits have included brighter, clearer skin, even skin tone (significantly reducing the appearance of age spots), reduced wrinkles, added volume and plumpness, radiance and sculpting. It is cumulative over time and I see more and more benefits after each visit. It is also a lovely environment and convenient location. Going to KICHI is one of the best acts of self-care you can do for yourself & your skin. Not only are the treatments out-of-this-world brilliant (state of the art technology and so, so effective), but the environment itself is just gorgeous and Natasha makes you feel like a friend the second you step in the door. I had a Flawless facial treatment at the KICHI studio and it was great! I should probably mention that it was my first facial treatment ever so in a way I didn't know what to expect. The treatment consisted of a facial deep cleansing, LED mask, laser treatment and a cooling hydrating mask. Immediately after the treatment my skin felt a bit tight and had some minor redness. It all subsided in a few hours. I was amazed how much more unified my skin looked (pores appeared smaller and blackheads have reduced and disappeared in places) and it also appeared cleaner. I also felt no need to use extra facial masks after the treatment as it felt it did not need these, which helped me to streamline my skincare. I will be definitely returning again for another treatment.

Natasha makes you feel at ease the moment you are in her presence. She is very professional in her approach and makes sure you are as comfortable as possible at all times. The bed is so comfortable and didn’t have a sore back after lying for 2 and a half hours. As someone who has never had a laser facial I was a little dubious of this new technology. However Natasha is so educated in this area she explains with such clarity what the process is and what will happen, from a biological and technical perspective.
I had the baby laser facial. This was about 45 mins. I came out looking a little pink but I have to say well worth it as I was glowing.
This increased over the days so after a week people kept giving me compliments on how great I looked! That never happens!
I would highly recommend!! I will be coming back soon.

I had the Babyface facial with Natasha, and it was 100% the best facial treatment I have had. I had redness for a few hours (I'm a pale gal) but I had glowing skin for weeks and had a big improvement in skin texture and appearance from one session.

It was my first time having a laser facial - Natasha was warm and welcoming, explaining how it differed from other medical facials I've had in the past. For the first couple of days my skin was rough (so plan for a couple of days at home), but by day 4 my skin was glowing, clear, baby-soft, and super smooth - with a noticeable lightening to dark patches! Absolutely delighted. I also loved her serum, which didn't clog my pores - will absolutely be coming back. After the results of 1 facial, I can only imagine the difference it would make after a couple. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Natasha!

I had a fabulous experience with Natasha. The lashes are tailored exactly to the look you want to achieve and it is then executed meticulously. I’ve had lash extensions before but these Japanese lashes feel very light and look very natural and pretty. I highly recommend Harlow Studio, Natasha has excelled her craft and is just a very lovely person who creates a relaxing and pleasant experience.

After many years of lash extensions I have never had just natural but most importantly very effective lashes! One of the biggest bonuses is the lightweight feel of the lash, so there’s no discomfort on the natural lash in daily wear. I feel totally relaxed & in such trustworthy hands.
They have the best treatments namely the HIFU which was incredible..I’m already seeing results sooner than I should a tighter more lifted feeling.
Also, the advanced facial with needling was amazing. I’d not ever had needling before & was a bit nervous but actually found it not painful & look forward to more.
All Natasha’s treatments boost collagen for a younger fresher skin & are non invasive and literally turn back the hands of time.

I’ve always been nervous about people going near my eyes and if I’m honest have a bit of an eye phobia but at the same time I’ve have always wanted to have my lashes done. Being a mum of 2 young kids I don’t get much time to put makeup on every day at the moment, and I always worry extensions may look strange unless you’re fully made up. I was recommend Harlow by a friend who raved about Natasha and so decided to go for it. I was so nervous but right from the start was made to feel so relaxed and at ease by Natasha who is wonderful. The treatment itself was so relaxing I think I benefited just as much as If I’d gone for a massage! My lashes look incredible. Everyone keeps asking me about them, not thinking that they’re extensions at all which is exactly the look I was after. They’ve lasted so well. I really couldn’t recommend Harlow more, and I will be back again and again....thanks Natasha and the Harlow team!

From the moment I walked into KICHI it was a wow. Location is perfect and the space is amazing. I was greeted by the beautiful Natascha and instantly felt welcome and comfortable. I had the Signature Facial. What a treatment!!!! I was guided through as we worked on my face and just relaxed so easily into the procedure with Natasha’s excellent knowledge of the skin and her work. Her passion was infectious. I left feeling incredible. My skin responded so well and I know it’s because I got the best quality work.

Days after I could already see change happen. 3 weeks later I am seeing unbelievable results. My eye bags have completely gone. The wrinkles around my eyes and mouth have totally disappeared and my skin is soft and clear full of vitality and youth. Everyone keeps telling me how amazing and healthy I look and how incredible my skin is! I’m not even in the full recovery period yet and I am seeing the most spectacular results.

I’m in my mid forties and have been looking for a non surgical treatment to turn back the clock, so I booked in for a laser facial.

I was treated by Natasha at Kichi, who was really welcoming and knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable. My skin is quite sensitive so she recommended a lower setting, I was quite red afterwards, but that was gone by the following day and my skin felt tighter and really smooth, especially my neck, I’ve had the most amazing glow ever since! There is no doubt I will be booking again soon, thank you.

I’ve also never used oil on my skin, I’ve always been a bit apprehensive about it, but I have been using the recommended Forever oil since the treatment which is lovely to use and leaves my skin so soft & smooth. Overall delighted.
