Expert and empathetic care on very short notice. Held me together somehow when I was in bits making an extremely decision. Every member of staff I encountered was a credit. Thank you again for your kindness and patience with me.

We are so glad we chose The Laurels this time round for our adopted dog Charlie, they have so much time for both you and your pet, consultation is never rushed like previous "conveyor belt" vets we have used in the past. They still manage to deliver exceptional service during Covid 19. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff.

After a frustrating wait on Thursday (the telephone system was down) I managed to get an appointment on Friday morning.
From the person who took my call, to the young lady on reception, the staff were courteous, welcoming and very professional.
The vet listened to what I had to say, spent the necessary time to give Maggie a full examination and, I'm thankful to say, she's almost back to normal...she is old 😋
Excellent all round experience and would highly recommend.

Have been going to the laurels for a long time as a family. My cat is very nervous and has always been cared for so kindly. When our other cat passed away recently they were very compassionate and did everything they could to make him comfortable, would definitely recommend.

Have been using the wonderful Laurels for about six years now. Superb really genuinely caring vets who put pets before profits. All the staff....vets, nursing staff and receptionists are very warm, friendly, compassionate and supportive. I am so worried things might change now they have become part of the Medivet chain. I am devastated that my cats have recently lost their very special vet ( not due to Medivets) but hope all the lovely remaining ones will stay🙂

What a fabulous team, professional, friendly and very accommodating. We have used the vets for well over 20 years and their approach to sensitive situations is very reassuring. I think a review of the Laurels Vet Centre is long long overdue from me.

I've been seeing them for years and put simply they've been nothing but friendly, reassuring and excellent at their jobs. First my family cat, when she had a heavy and difficult to treat flea burden they solved the problem and when she passed away when she was hit by a car they gently cared for her in her last few moments and kept her comfortable. Then years later my rats. They've tolerated me, the most annoying pet owner, and they work with me to get my rats excellent care. They performed two flawless surgeries and gave me excellent aftercare and reassurance. Thanks to them I have happy and healthy rats. They really listen to the owner. When I had to say goodbye to one of my rats they helped make the process as quick and easy as possible for me and for her.

On top of this they're reasonably priced and provide excellent supportive care along with basic costs, like providing two free post op checks and waiving consultation fees for certain follow up appointments on occasion.

I always have an outstanding service. The vets are friendly and very professional.. My doggies love Laurels vet.
