It was my first time at this vet, I was super nervous and stressed for my little cat, she hates the vets. The vet at the time was super friendly, and you could tell he was so knowledgeable, treated her with so much love, respect and patience, it was heartwarming to watch, especially as my cat decided to attack him. He reassured me, and made me feel ok. (I’m still very sorry about her I hope he’s ok). He was nothing but sweet and soft spoken about her. I deeply appreciate it.
The people at reception were also super friendly and kind, I felt more relaxed entering the area, and it was also very clean. It didn’t smell like animals or anything ( which to be fair is expected as animals are always at the vets ). It had a lovely little area for cats to relax and chill which I let my cat take a breather there and they had a free little cat spray which I could use to put of the carrier to make her feel more calm. Definitely recommend this vet :) she’s super shocked about how well it went too

I had the most delightful American vet she was fantastic. Best vet I ever used. The receptionist is so nice too. As always second mortgage is needed for vet bills that's everywhere these days.

Great Vets. All the vets have a good bedside manner with cats. Manages to put my nervous one at ease. Gives a through examination and cures the problem. Wish my GP was as good.

Have always had great service from this vets from booking appointments and the welcome we received from the staff, through to the level of care and support for my 2 cats during some quite challenging times we had with their health. Would highly recommend!

Many thanks to the excellent staff at Village Vet W10. I took my ageing cat there today with a great deal of trepidation fearing the worst.
The vet and receptionist were first class . The problem was quickly diagnosed , a problem with coat matting was attended to on the spot .
The staff obviously knew I was worried and their upbeat and positive attitude meant a lot to me. Thanks to you both.

Outstanding service and kindness: our cat injured his paw five minutes before closing time, but we called and the nurse waited for us until we arrived, provided first aid and medications and went out of her way to be helpful. The following morning we came back and the doctor took excellent care of the paw, again in a very friendly and professional manner. Both showed the special and personal care that make the difference between a good and an outstanding service.

I have recently taken both of my cats here and I have been really pleased with the service. One of my cats was feeling lethargic and had lost a lot of weight, and the vet, Cecilia, was really sweet, talking me through all the possible illnesses and how we can get Maggie back to good health. They treated her extensively while I was on holiday and were kind enough to give me emails and calls with updates. While it's expensive, my little girl is doing much better and I really appreciate the extra steps they took on her treatment.

I have been coming to this clinic since Princess was a kitten, over ten years ago.
I love the staff especially Kelly, she is very welcoming, efficient and takes the time to help me.
All the staff are very caring and love animals, it's more than just a job to them.

If you live in the area you really shouldn’t hesitate to send your little ones to Petcare St Helens to be looked after. I’ve only ever had really positive experiences going in with my little cat, and despite being overprotective I know he’s in great hands there - particularly with Erni who always does such a great job with him. Can’t recommend enough!

Local vet understands if cats are late for appointments and offer a 10%club meaning that all goods and services are discounted by 10% and animals are given annual check ups and vaccinations. Staff are really friendly and helpful and you as an owner are given a health book in which annual check ups are recorded. Text messages are sent to remind you of annual check up time.

I was super pleased with the quality of the service and attentiveness for my pet cat. Comforting atmosphere and attentive staff, specially Dr Erni Visser. Besides being friendly, she was confident, professional and made our visit most enjoyable. Will come back to this clinic to see her specifically. Good range of products too. Thanks.

I started using St Helens before I ever got my dog. I went in there on recommendation from a friend who had a pup and was a client of theirs.

The assistant who I saw on that first encounter, even though I wasn't yet a client and there were no promises of my being a client, never the less she took the time to talk me through every aspect of becoming a pet owner and helped me greatly with the numerous questions I had about breeders and the initial and on going costs of having the pup I was hoping for,

Since then our family has increased by our ever maturing pup and though all this first years highs and lows...from poisonous foliage in our garden to monthly check ups and reminders, St Helens Pet Care have always been incredibly helpful and considerate. Their Pet Care Plan also makes being a client so much more affordable than pet insurance alone.

I cannot stress enough just how efficient and friendly the team are. They have truly become a part of our family. We couldn't have had a dog without them.

St Helens have looked after my moggy Sherlock for over a year now and have looked after him so well it were as if he were theirs! I've always felt confident in their treatment plans and they're always there to give advice when I need it (and that's often!). Their reminders for when he's due his treatments have come in very handy. Couldn't fault them at all.

I will not hesitate to send my 2 cats again for boarding at St. HELENS. This was the second time for them and they came back to me happy ..not stressed and settled back at home as if they hadn't been away.
Thanks Pet care St. Helens for looking after them well.🐱
