I first met her when I bought my flat through her back in 1997. Compared notes with the seller afterwards, and we both thought she had done a superb job - which is probably unheard of. While I reached out to him for one apartment I found online, he made sure to understand my personal requirements and patiently showed me more suitable apartments. He was prompt in responding to all my queries and worked with the landlord quickly to close the deal. He also took care of all additional requirements I had. The process was extremely smooth, easy and transparent. Frank helps me with any questions I have even after moving in! Very professional yet friendly and pleasant experience working with these guys!

After a long time they did call me back just to say 'no couples' in a huge flat, I think they might have meant no Gay couples. Awful.
